BHU LLM Syllabus 2025-

Following is the syllabus for  Banaras Hindu University - [BHU], LLM.The important subjects for LLM are Constitutional Law, Legal Education and Research Methodology,Law of Torts and Consumer Protection,Private International Law.

BHU LLM admission 2024 is ongoing. BHU LLM Spot Round 01 seat allotment result has been released on August 06, 2024. Candidates can check the seat allotment result on the BHU official admission portal (bhu.ac.in/Site/AdmissionCounselling). Online verification of documents by the department will be done by August 08 and the last date to pay the fees is August 09, 2024. The total seat intake is 47 (including all categories) and per year fees for the BHU LLM program are INR 3,032 (regular seat) and INR 30,000 (paid seat). Check BHU Admission 2024

BHU LLM Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must have passed LLB after graduation under 10+2+3 pattern or five year integrated LL.B. under 10+2+5 pattern recognized by the Bar Council of India securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate in LLB. Degree.

BHU LLM Admission Criteria 

Admission to LLM will be done through Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG) conducted by NTA. Candidates must clear the CUET PG exam in order to get admission to LLM at BHU. The final selection will be based on the merit list released by the university on the basis of CUET PG marks.

How to Apply for BHU LLM Admission?

The application forms are released on the official website of BHU i.e. Bhuonline.in. Registration is required and the following steps will guide you through the registration processes :-

• Go to BHU exam portal and click on “Apply for Admission”.
• Select Register now.
• Once Registration form opens candidates need to fill correct information in all the fields and click on “ Sign up”.
• A mail will be sent to registered email id and validation code on mobile number. Click on the activation link sent to confirm BH LLB registration.
• Once registration is done go to BHU portal and log in to your account and click on “ identification form” .
• Complete the registration by providing personal details, educational qualification details, and then select course you are applying for i.e. LLB.
• Complete the application form by uploading necessary documents i.e. passport size photo and scanned image of signature.
• After uploading documents select mode of exam i.e. online or offline mode and select Centre.
• Finally you can complete your application by making a fee payment . Fees can be paid in both online and offline mode.

The cut-off marks in the BHU LLM Cutoff always change from year to year depending on the complexity of the questions, and the no. of candidates appearing for the exam.

• BHU is considered in the top Law Colleges in India for both UG and PG courses.
• BHU LLM PET is common for all three LLM courses offered at BHU for admission.

BHU LLM Attendance Policy

All students enrolled for BHU LLM have to maintain 100% attendance unless they are involved in extracurricular activities or attending seminars or workshops. Upto 30% relaxation can be requested in such cases depending upon the level of involvement.
