A brief journey:My college experience

Likes

I like the studies and faculty they explain in good way
I like the guest lectures they produce good knowledge
I like the services that provided by library

Dislikes

The ground is so small that only 3-4 sections can play
The sports is only once a week ans there are no free periods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is not improved compared to the previous years and the difficulty level of examination is good. But the representation of real-life problems is average but it's good according to the knowledge. The exams are conducted regularly.

Vasavi College of Engineering Review

Likes

I like the faculty of this college, they are well trained.
Variety number of courses are offered to student, and syllabus will be changed in accordance to new trend
Hackathons, College Technical and cultural fest are conducted every year and it is a very good experience.

Dislikes

College area is smaller compared to other colleges.
Least time and priority is given for games and sports.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester, students are eligible for placements, during 5th and 6th semester companies offer summer internships, they get placed based on performance. Placements in Vasavi College of Engineering are pretty decent.

Opinion on College

Likes

The thing i like the most about my college is placements.
Faculty here are strict and security is also good
Getting exposed to various things which increases the interest in students to learn

Dislikes

The thing i don't like is the infrastructure
No encouragement in events.No occasional events.
There are no events in the college.Only one big event held that is euphoria

Placement Experience:

In thirs semester only internships will be coming if students perform fell in thos it will convert into full time.Placements will start from fourth year.I will happen for nearly one year.CRT is also provided

Vasavi College Review

Likes

College Infrastructure is the best here.
College Faculty is good and very experienced.
Placements here are also satisfactory and good.

Dislikes

Practical knowledge should be more improved although efforts are now being taken
Should be given permission to do internships on our own.
Everything is good here except a few which does not make a big difference

Placement Experience:

Vasavi College is reported high placement rates, with around 95% of eligible students securing jobs. The highest package offered recently was around 42Lpa, with an average of 7-9Lpa. Some of the recruiters include - TCS, Oracle, Salesforce

If you are willing to strive a little , it will be fruitful with the placements the college provide.

Likes

Teachers are friendly and knowledgable about courses.
Courses are relevant to industry ready experience.
Placaments happen in selected product based companies.

Dislikes

Relatively smaller campus and also no hostel facility.
Fests happen once in a year and college is passive with extra curcular activities.
Canteen doesnt have Nonveg food its only suitablr for vegetarians.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year first semester students are eligible for internships. From starring of 4th year the placements will be started the major companies that visited includes oracle, servicenow, deliveroo, visa etc. 80 to 90 percent of students will get placed with average of 8 LPA.

One of the best college

Likes

Faculties of our college are one of the best.
There is no partially between students shown from teachers.
No ragging in our college and has an anti ragging club.

Dislikes

The ground is too small for many games.
There is no hostel facility and is in remote area.
No local shops to buy anything and canteen is okayish.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester students are eligible for campus placements. There are 40 companies which visit to our college. The percentage of placements in our college is 96 and is always above 90 percent. Highest package is 83Lpa

Likes

College campus atmosphere, cafeteria, placements, cultural activities, faculty

Dislikes

Campus area is small, sports ground is small

Placement Experience:

Our college had 99% placements and it left its mark in proving it. During our academic year, except people with backlogs almost everyone were placed with an average package of 4 to 5 lakhs. The highest package being 25 lakhs.

Top placements drive with strict rules

Likes

Good facilities and good infrastructure with cleanliness
Good health insurance service for students and ambulance service if any emergency
Good facilities in library with latest syllabus books and computer services

Dislikes

Extra fee will be collected by the college except tution fee also
No college ground and no sports faculty will be active
No transportation facilities if we got late in college

Placement Experience:

Vasavi college has the record 100% of the students were placed and most of them are from the information technology department and the highest package is 81 lakhs and the lowest package is 5 lakhs. Google, Microsoft, and ServiceNow are some of the top recruiting companies and 80% of the students will get intern offers. the top roles offered in our course are developer and product-based companies hire us

The institute you decide to enroll in isn’t going to determine your growth. It rather depends upon what you choose to do. However, it is suggested that you join the institute based on your subject preference.

Here is a concise outlook of the institute:

The faculty of the institute is extremely proficient and knowledgeable.
Some professors hold Ph.D. degrees and are part of research in different departments.
It has a good library that comes with many books, journals, etc.
There are excellent placement opportunities for CS and IT students. However, it differs according to the market trends. The campus is visited by several core companies.
It also conducts sports, clubs, technical and cultural fests.
The labs are well equipped.

Disadvantages:

Security is very strict, you cannot go freely in and out of the campus.
The campus is small, including the sports grounds.
Hostel facilities are not up to the mark.
The interaction between juniors and seniors is very little.

Thus, make an informed decision. Go through as many reviews as possible before finalizing. As this will shape your career ahead.
