Likes

Good facilities and good infrastructure with cleanliness
Good health insurance service for students and ambulance service if any emergency
Good facilities in library with latest syllabus books and computer services

Dislikes

Extra fee will be collected by the college except tution fee also
No college ground and no sports faculty will be active
No transportation facilities if we got late in college

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is important for our career so i chose Information Technology course . It has the latest technology knowledge and it is very useful. The course curriculum is has real world technology and latest syllabus to get good knowledge

Internships Opportunities

We have good companies like adobe , Visa and Service Now they offer internship opportunities for the 5th semester students by conducting exams and interviews. They pay up to 90,000 per month like stipend. Also projects are very important in getting jobs like theme based projects

Vasavi college has the record 100% of the students were placed and most of them are from the information technology department and the highest package is 81 lakhs and the lowest package is 5 lakhs. Google, Microsoft, and ServiceNow are some of the top recruiting companies and 80% of the students will get intern offers. the top roles offered in our course are developer and product-based companies hire us

Fees and Financial Aid

We have present tution fee is 1,45,000 for the academic year 2023-2024 but 2022-2023 academic year students had only 1,40,000 because recently government has increased the fee structure for the all colleges . Government will provide scholarships to the eligible students by EPASS.

college has every year event called Euphoria i am sure you will enjoy it a lot and the campus is also very good and good-looking extracurricular activities are also conducted usually. We have extra curricular activities and clubs are active. Thry conduct programs for every month like Theme ballet conducts dance

We will be eligible for this course when we hit the good rank in compititive exams like ecet and emcet then with the consider of rank we eill be getting good course in this college. Also we will get all the details and dates in the official website of government

Life at RIshi

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from year 4. The companies that usually visit are TCS, Capgemini and MMC etc. The college supports students by providing both technical and non technical jobs and any other uncoventinal career support upon request. Students aspiring to pursue education abroad are also provided with guidance and support.

Good college to join for study

Placement Experience:

So coming to placements they will provide good no. of placements if we have skills and keen of intrest to learn new things and grab oppurtunities. Also our colleg has NACC and NBA accredation there will be more companies approaching our college and taking students for placements and trainging. TP CELL will give its 100% in placements pushes students forward for various trainings and placements. Basically placement starts froms 3-2 mostly form 4-1 where students go to attend interviews and attend exams. companies like Infosys, Wypro, My schools, Infotech, and many MNC's. every year almost 150-200 students will be selected for placements. average package will be 3.0 - 4.5LPA and the highest package is 7.5LPA . their package is decided by companies according to the role they applied and thier level of skill. 45- 50% of the students will be selected for the placements. My plans after getting the degree: If i got selected in placement its well and good i will proceed further with the placement i got incase if didnt get placed i will try of the jobs and then shortly start a business.

Rishi Campus :- Worth a try

Placement Experience:

Our college has good placement opportunities. We are eligible for campus placements since 3-2 or 4-1. The highest package offered is 14 lakhs and the average package is 4 to 5 lakhs. 85 to 90% students get placements and others are also provided with other opportunities. We have got NAAC and NBA accreditations so we have more scope for placements now. I plan on getting a job and continue my MS.

My college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very particular in choosing my course ie- computer science engineering. My aim is to become a software engineer, so I was very passionate about the course since my 10th. I find this course is very good but the point is it focuses on all the areas, but for an engineer the main point is computer courses. If this part is focused more then it will be useful.

since vasavi college one of top 5 college is our state, i preferd it and it have an good avg package in my branch comparing it other colleges. i compare my colleage with other in terms if infa structure, support,and our college is transpernet in terms of placement and admissions . and our college wont allowing nri cota so its an merit based college. so in our college students can acuire seat by 2 ways .one is by geting good rank like below 10k in tsemcet or else getting good rank in jee mains. so they will be spot adidmissions also based on jee ranks at end of admisssion. so i got for kmit - csm before getting admission in this college. since vasavi have good infra and palcements i prefered it. yes i got rejections form vnr college. since my rank is little higer than the cut off i got rejected....Read More
