There is good infrastructure in the college everywhere there is motivation quotes are written everywhere for students,there is eklavya sports complex in college there any students can play any sports free of charge
Faculty are very supportive teachers are qualified very friendly and supportive too.
Only one campus has all the courses available which makes it easy for students.

Dislikes

The process of obtaining permission from heads for student organised events can be troublesome and difficult
now comes the bad part which i think need to be considered before joining this college and enjoying the life. so here are my negative thoughts on this college
Sometimes the watchman behaviour is rude to talk

Kj somaiya Arts and commerce

Likes

College staff is friendly,we get college updates through Gmail provided by college.
There is no attendance restrictions,Even if attendance is not 75% they don't say anything.
The campus is huge,there are several canteen,sports facilities,events,etc.

Dislikes

College timings college starts at 7 and sometimes end at 2,so it's headache sometimes.
Lecture are too long, every lecture is of 60 minutes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Bcom is most common course, and I wanted toh do ca so I choose bcom. The area of improvement is that they must use there full capacity of the classroom they are not using full capacity of the classroom The examination timings is late then compared to other colleges

At sem 5 and 6 the palcements get started in our college there is specific a placement cell department who approches the companies to come so it differece at each year some time the students gets placement before the sem 6 so its totally up to the student that how they perform at interview

Somaiya is a sour candy

Likes

The enormous campus provides a sense of freedome and promotes the sense of exploration. It has ample green spaces, Modern facility
The robust security system and its measures at somaiya ensures safe and secure enviroment for student and staff.
Somaiya hosts a wide variety of events, academic conferences and workshops, these events provide opportunity for students to learn and engage

Dislikes

The staff at somaiya are still orthodox which includes getting nagged when you are with a female friend
The process of obtaining permission from heads for student organised events can be troublesome and difficult
The staffs lack of responsiveness can be a major drawback leading to delays in addressing in student problmes

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement Name of companies: morgan stanley, wipro, deloitte Highest package is 6 LPA 18% placement I am going to do LLB and give judiciary exam

Life in KG Somaiya

Likes

The campus of the college and the overall environment

Dislikes

The staff and their inability to cooperate
The teaching and teachers way of talking
Letting students project go to waste after submission

Campus placements in Ain't not very good, but not very bad as well one The Given opportunities that the college provides for their further Many companies have visited Somaiya, Mapro, et cetera My plans after getting the degree is to pursue MBA in finance and move ahead in life

Somaiya University best college life

Likes

First of all the campus of college is very big and it is something 67-68 acers
The teaching methods of teachers in college is very nice they provide technology too
This college also provide good placement in different countries i

Dislikes

The behaviour of security is not good they behave little bit rude

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I am good in accounts and i heard many about somaiya Bcom bachelor's of commerce as the teaching experience of teachers is good and the fees of Bcom in somaiya is cheap the timings of exam in somaiya is 8:00-9:00 if the exam is of 50 marks the timings are 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM and there is no difficulty for exam timings

KJ Somaiya

KJ Somaiya has a great campus which is the most catchy part of it.
They provide one of the best facilities in studies allover mumbai.
Only one campus has all the courses available which makes it easy for students.

Dislikes

The events are not for all the students and only for First and Second year students.
The facilities in the campus is not so up to date.
The security to enter the college is very weak.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me, the course in here is a great option for students who wants to go for CA in their future as it does not require proper attendance . Which helps the student to focus more on classes for their CA prerparations.

I really liked the capmus and college placement is good enough.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well defined and is divided in 6 semesters with final exams. The fee is also very less and after completing you can easily get accountant job at any firm Its a decent course for CA aspirants

About the curriculum of classroom I would say the lectures were interesting because of the professors who built great interaction between students and teacher. All the professor has completed their PHDs. Every faculty members were interactive and was always there to help their students

True Review About K J Somaiya College Of Arts And Commerce.

Likes

The campus of the college is always joyful.
The teachers are also helpful to us while exams.
The faculty helps us during the college fests or any other functions/program conducted by the college

Dislikes

There are less number of teachers for teaching.
The fests are conducted for less numbers of days like 3 to 4 days only.
There are less number of sitting facility in the campus

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after the first year of the bachlor's degree for the placements, comapnies such as kpmg offers placements to the students of our college, our college tries to give placements to each and every students of the college, my plan after degree is to get a stable job and work to earn sufficiant money.
