The faculty of the English department at alipur dua colleges generally knowledgeable and supportive most professors are well qualified and helpful in clearing doubts specially for students who show interest in literature they guide students in understanding complex literary text and theories some teachers are very friendly and encourage open discussion. Overall the faculty is cooperative and focused on student learning through sometimes individual attention might be limited due to class sizes. course structure: The BA English honors course follows a CBCS under N Bengal university the intercourse is divided into 6 semesters over three years

There are only 2 faculty members in my department who teach all the subjects in all the semesters in my department. Though they are qualified for it but still the college must hire more teachers for different subjects and semesters. There are 8 semesters in my course and is quite manageable to pass.

Faculty is very less so I would say that the ratio between the faculty and students doesn't match. I personally don't the professors as they are so strict and always angry and don't even teach well. Exams held here are quite easy and manageable if being prepared sincerely. The course curriculum is not relevant to today's industry knowledge.

Faculty is quite decent. During exams they are super strict but somewhere I see them soft front of union members who sit in exam. I've seen union people doing cheating front of supervisor but they don't do anything that scold other regular students for ever breathing????

The faculties are overall good. Just need few bilingual stuffs . The professors are helpfull and are very professional. They are very experienced in their respective fields. The faculty to students ratio 30:1

good faculty in every deartment especially in mathematics,really helopful and optimistic .they are good in research and teaching in both and they take care of students a lot.their evaluation in exam also good
