Though it's tough but if someone really likes reading stuffs , you may go ahead. It basically develops one's thinking process and encourages to think out of the box. Generally from 5th semester, the placements started taking place and companies such as Accenture, Wipro, TCS were the companies who visited the campus and made 2-3 offers. The percentage of students getting placed was around 70-80%. I am now preparing for MBA after the degree.

I chose this course because I want to be a professor in the future. The total number of students in my class is 150-180, teachers are really good and strict about their studies. Their teaching method is really cool, they explain really nicely, love their teaching methods. Term exams are held every 6 months and it was quite difficult to pass but I somehow managed to pass in every subject.

It's best for English department. Infrastructure and teaching faculty at it's best. Apart from this the library is also very good with full of books. It also have digital library. The college provides a common room to its students where they can play games like carrom, ludo, table tennis and also do gym. All the gym materials are there. The college also have a swimming pool for the students.

Shri shikshayatan college is well-reputed for the course I wished to take as well as the other courses the college has to offer. It has one of the oldest English Departments in the city. The faculty members are not only good but make you adjust to the institution in no time. Assistance is available at every step. Not to forget the surroundings of the college that have everything to offer from libraries to eating houses.

Shri shikshayatan college is one of the good college among others in kolkata. The faculty of this college is very supporting and the faculty members helped the students whenever needed. Also the infrastructure and exposure to the other colleges through different programs and fest and several other activities plays a vital role.

proximity to my home town. Faculty was amazing and college is quite reputed. Had a very friendly environment and everyone was very helpful. Classes were regular and teachers were very particular about it.

Our teachers and teaching staff are very helpful and it is one of the best colleges because of this. The facilities are Immense. Every one of our classrooms are furnished with excellent benches and desks. Every classroom also has AC. The only bad thing about the college is the lack of help from the non teaching staff. They often are cluless about the happenings of the college.

The college is just like a second home to us. But i think they should improve their office facculty. But overall the college provides you with the best environment and comfort so that you can reach success .
