Remarks

It's best for English department. Infrastructure and teaching faculty at it's best. Apart from this the library is also very good with full of books. It also have digital library. The college provides a common room to its students where they can play games like carrom, ludo, table tennis and also do gym. All the gym materials are there. The college also have a swimming pool for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The English and Bengali department are the best. The teaching faculty staffs are very friendly while teaching the courses. They are to the point while teaching and maintain a curriculum. It is affiliated to Calcutta university and therefore the college has to follow rules and regulations according to CU.

Placement Experience

As of Now I am a undergraduate BA hons student, so they don't provide placements and job opportunities to us.

Awesome. Along with studies, the college provides the students with a wide variety of events, extra curricular activities. They send the students to different competitions. Games, debating, speeches, literary competitions, Nss etc. Are a part of our it's extra curricular activities.

Placement Experience:

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

The application form is available on the college website and every other detail regarding fees and application date is available there.
