All about MMCOE

Likes

The teaching faculties are mainly PhD holders in their respective subjects.
The faculties are always available for solving doubts (in college timings only)
There are Multiple clubs available in college campus. Which includes technical and cultural clubs both such as Baha for mechanical department.

Dislikes

The college has the compulsion about the lecture attendance.
The faculties can give you any task at any time with an headline.
The college timings are of 7 hours a day.which causes fatigue.

Placement Experience:

•Students are eligible for placement from 7 th semester. • Mercedes Benz -12 placement. Thermax-22 placement. Tata Motors -21 placement. And there are multiple companies such as Rolls-Royce, Polycab, Tech Mahindra, Nvidia and Microsoft etc. •The highest package offered in last year campus placement is of 22 Lpa by Mercedes Benz in mechanical department. •Also the placement percentage is of 88 percent for the last year and for current year 32 percent placements are already done. • My plans after taking degree are I will opt for higher education as iam preparing for GATE examination.

Likes

The college crowd is important thing in a college. In our college the crowd is very sincere and has helpfull nature for each other.
Faculty of our college is very helpful not only related to academics also encouraging our ideas related to any other fields.
Students have access to huge library which has alot of books related to courses and also books related to many other fields.

Dislikes

The skills which are required in industry are not given that much importance.
The taste of food in a canteen can be made better.
The area of campus is comparatively very small.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for internship from 5th of semester then for the final placement students from last semester are eligible. There are many core , non core companies visit for campus mainly tata technology, cognizant & etc. The highest and average packages of every year differs due to industrial requirements . Above 80 percent students get placed in the campus placements. My plans after the under graduate degrees are to pursue master degree.

Honest review of MMCOE

Likes

The atmosphere of the collage is very good
The sports department is best in the university
Good faculty and labs for respective department

Dislikes

small campus and very small sports ground
the gate of collage closes very very early
the side area of collage is slum area. people over there are not good

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is very good. i chose AI&DS so te future is in it totally, the course syllabus is outdate somehow, the need to update it as per present situations.

Likes

College library is grea lt containing all essentials
The working staff is also very nice and efficient
The hostel are quite good and clean for one to stay

Dislikes

The campus is small and is not quite good for campus seekers
The canteen of the college is not good it does not serve nice food
The playing ground is also small and not good

Placement Experience:

The placement of college is good itdoes have some companies coming but is average i would say specifically for my course i cant say about placement as the first batch of ainds branch is yet to be pass out .

MMCOE Pune: Bridging education with Industry experience

This collage is situated in Pune, a hub for IT and education. offers exposure to internships , networking opportunities and many events.
Faculty members are so supportive and approachable also knowledgeable. They encourage students through practical learnings and Hackathons.
There are several student-led clubs like Cultural club and technical clubs like GDSC and AiML clubs. these clubs conduct many seminars and events for students.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is new but small compared to other engineering and mba collages. it could feel cramped during peak hours.
opportunities for research, particularly in AI/ML and data science are not as extensive as expected.
placement opportunities for Mechanical and civil branches are relatively weaker side compared to Computer science and IT.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 6th semester ie. 3rd year and there are many workshops typically begin in the 5th semester focusing on aptitude, coding also soft skills. There are many tech companies which visits MMCOE for placements like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant Capgemini, Accenture, IBM and many more. Highest package was around 25 LPA and average package revolves around 4.5 to 6 LPA as per branch. Core branch students often persue higher studies for specialized certificates to enhance employability.

Mmcoe, karvenagar engineering college honest review

Likes

Faculty is very supportive and chilll. They help anytime needed also provide extra lectures if needed
College is 24/7 under cctv surveillance and watchmen.
You get an incubation centre for your startup idea. They even provide funds if your idea is good enough.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is not too big for an engineering plus mba college.
Parking space is also not that huge. Gets conducted often
There is only 1 ground in campus. That too is covered with stones no lawns.

Students get placements mostly from the 4th year. But sometimes some students get placed in 3rd year of college. Mercedes, AWS, Ford, Wipro, TCS, etc have a stronghold in placements here. After getting the degree I'm going to do a masters in this field.

The thing that I liked about my college is the quality eduaction it provides to each and every student as well as the infrastructure for the same.
The other thing i s the types of Extracurricular activities that are made avaialble to students within the college campus.
The supportive environmnet is also one of a kind in my college as the teahers are very much supportive as well as well educated or versed in their respective streams.

Dislikes

Limited scholarships is one thing I dislike as I am a general category students I dont get any scholarships as such.
The Girls to boys ratio could be better or balanced as In my class of 75 the number of girls are 20-30 which is kind of less according to me.
The placement assistance is pretty good but can be improved more according to me.

Placement Experience:

The placements provided in my college are pretty descent. Companies like Accenture, Wipro, Cape-Gemini, TCS ,etc visit our college for placements. The pre-placements guidanceIS very well provided in our college campus itself.

I like how they conduct regular lectures
Nice computer labs are there with proper network
Provide notes and assignments online on classroom

Dislikes

Not proper network connection everywhere in college
Do not conduct many events and also below expectations
There is no music rooms and extracurricular facilities

Course Curriculum Overview:

Ok the course curriculum is overall good. Mainly programming languages like the sequence is from basic programming language.The preparation for future presentations and all is done quite ok,but the extra subjects like Indian culture and civilization I think they are not at relevant to our course

"Beyond books" the true college experience

Likes

Faculty was super nice and supportive for the academics.
There was a place in the college which had Tata spicfic things for illustration.

Dislikes

Campus was too small to handle such crowd.
Gatherings were not to fascinating for the type of college.
Sports was not at all good, initially the playground is not good at all

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. I had my intrest in cars and bikes from my childhood. Before the ending of my school I had decided my career option or the course to select for my future i.e mechanical engineering. 2. The exam was not That difficult but it was too lengthy.

Faculty is very supportive. Helps in placement and all other things.
Interships are provided throughout the college
Other industrial visit are done according to the branches and requirements

Infrastructure of the college is kind of I don't like

Placement Experience:

Placement which are provided by the college are very great. We can get placement with a good amount of packages Percentage of students getting packages is about 95 %. Highest package can go upto 10 to 12 lac
