After six semester students become eligible for campus placement. Last time CADTECH Engineering solution Pvt. Ltd. Company visited in college. Only 4 students is selected for to job in this company. 7 lpa highest package and 3 lpa average package is offered by company and profile. Above 7 SGPA percentile students getting placement. My plan after getting this degree is to work in my father garage and improve it.

For mechanical engineering last year's placement was 100%.from 6 semester students become eligible for campus placement.companies like tata,mahindra,bosch are some name of companies.average package is 3L.

Placement of the college are decent and very good comparatively to the ROI this college gives. The avg package of 5 lakhs is offered per year and being the autonomous batch the avg package might increase on our placement but as of right now even being non automous the college placement are pretty good

College has really good placement record from the last few years and has the multiple placement. offers at campus for each and every department. As college has the dedicated TPO cell. There is an 88% of placements done last year. There are several recruiters visited the campus such as Wipro, cognizant, Infosys ,TCS ,Accenture ,tech Mahindra, persistent ,Mercedes Benz ,polycab,Tata motors ,Microsoft etc. There is a well maintained placement records for each and every department at Marathwada Mitra mandal's College of Engineering Pune. The average package offered last year is of 5 lpa. Highest package offered last year is of 20 lpa. I will go for higher education after completion of my bachelors degree as I am preparing for the GATE examination.

There is a course curriculum at marathvada Mitra mandal College of Engineering for my batch is designed by the sppu. Which has 40 subjects for each department in which you have to study 5 subject in each semester. Each subject brings you the particular knowledge about their topics and gives you application based practical experience. As of now the college has the autonomous facility so the syllabus for the fresh batch is designed by Marathwada Mitra mandal College of Engineering itself. For curriculum there are not any areas of improvement. Teaching method at marathvada Mitra mandal College of Engineering includes the practical based teaching and the real world application of your knowledge for that there are industrial visits arranged by college where students get on point experience of application of their knowledge. At marathvada Mitra mandal College of Engineering there semester is of 5 months in first month there is unit test 1 and in sem in the second month. For the rest of 3 months there is unit test 2 and 3 in the last month of semester there is end sem examination.

From a general perspective the placement in our college is above average. Students are eligible for campus placements from 6th semester even 5th if one is skilled. Companies like Capgemini, Wipro, Infosys, Siemens, Bitwise, KPIT , Mahindra, Larsen and Turbo, Persistent, Polycab, Bosch, etc are the key recruiters for the college. Currently for this academic year 400 students are already placed. Recently Walmart has offered 27 LPA for the role of Software engineer and even internship opportunities with a stipend upto 1.1 Lakh. While ago Flipkart offered 32 LPA for the role of SDE and full time internship with stipend upto 1 lakh. For this year the placement drive is still ongoing but the highest is 27 LPA but last year it was 51 LPA from Deutsche Bank. Branches like Electrical, ENTC and Computer has 90% of students placed already and Mechanical and IT has 80%. My further plans is mostly to go abroad for further studies. But i am not still sure maybe i will try for placement and work a little for experience then go abroad.

The eligibility criteria for the placement at MMCOE is as follows- 1.Student has to pass all the subjects from the syllabus (no backlog are allowed). 2. The marks of 10 and 12 th standard are considered. 3. Students are always adviced to learn the basic skills about their department subjects. 4. Students with some skills are prioritised. Here are some companies that have visited campus for recruitment- 1. Accenture. 2. Nvidia. 3. Infosys. 4. Mercedes Benz. 5. Microsoft. 6. Rolls-Royce. 7. Thermax pvt ltd 8. Polycab 9. Tata motors. 10. TCS. There are many more startups and several companies have visited campus. As per last year placement record college has secured 88 % of placements. As per my knowledge highest package offered at campus is of 22 Lpa. Average package offered at MMCOE is 5-6Lpa. My plans after my graduation are that I want to persue the PG.

In my college we are able to get placement offers from 6 th semester itself and students are able to give proper company interview from 7th and 8th semester. Where training and placement cell helps you out in your placement journey that gives you better opportunities as of your career. There is team of around 45 member who guides you during placement season at MMCOE. Multiple mass recruiters has visited the campus last year the college has 87% of placements last year also there is an big number of students who opted for the higher education (PG). My plans after my graduation are as I want to expand my father's buisness at my home town. The average package offered at the campus is of 7 Lpa. The highest package offered at the college is of 22 Lpa for mechanical department student from Mercedes Benz company.
