- The Discpline embedded in the Students from the very beginning.
- The Growth Oppurtunity provided by IEDC Labs
- The IEDC Labs- A cell dedicated for Innovations and Entreurpreunership oppurtunities.
Dislikes
- The time constraints are a bit too strict. For example if the college starts at 9AM. Students are not allowed even at 9.05AM. Unless they have a valid reason.
- The absence of a proper cafeteria inside the college Premises.
- The absence of a proper Parking Space for Students.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose Engineering because: It has been my passion to pursue this course. Codes are something that I actually understand. Engineering gives a brief knowledge of how to apply whatever we've learned to date.
The Quality of Education is wonderful. The teachers are available 24/7 to help you whenever you need them. Teachers are willing to personally teach the students during college hours for any session or class that they miss.

- Beautiful Campus in the Heart of the city. Easy access to all amenities in Kolkata.
- There are a lot of internship opportunities right from the Third Year.
Placement Experience:
In the Fourth semester, students become eligible for in-campus placements. Companies like Cognizant, TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc. visit the college for Mass camping. The highest Package last year went up to 11 LPA from our CSE department and the median salary was 5 LPA this year for the CSE department.

I choose a computer science course because of my interest in coding and this branch has a good future scope. Faculty in this college plays an important role in subjects we get one faculty member. maximum M.tech qualified faculty present in this college few of them have done PhD.

- Placement record good in cse for this reason every student placed in reputed company
Dislikes
- Low space for playing , no space for cricket and football playing.
- Semester fees is little high for this reason poor students could not afford this college.
- You cannot stay in hostel because of poor maintain.

Faculty member too good mainly CSE department is much better approx 75000 per semester fee only first semester fees 95000.
Teachers are highly qualified and responsible , placement record almost 100%.
Most of the students take admission in CSE stream in this college.

Placement is really good provided by the college end. In our batch, the highest package went up to 21 lakhs per annum and the average package is between 6 to 6.5 lakhs per annum. While the lowest package was 4.8 lpa

- In this college we likes faculty member which is more educated than other one
- In this college provide library facilities. In this library persent everything books regards every stream

- In this college manegement facilities is more dislike this college is not provided more beneficial
- In this college not provided placement facilities for everyone. Like if students enrolled in civil engineering 60 students then it provides only 50 students for placement
- In this college we are not like for taking money before semesters . If we can't give semester fee before semesters then if owner by fine process
Placement Experience:
The place of college is more flexible. It provides placement for around 80% of enrollment students. We suggest everyone must enrolled in IEM kolkata west Bengal. It is most suitable for students in engineering

- College gates get closed sharp at 9 .
- One feels like school in this college. .
- One has to wear college uniform which is similar to college uniform.
Placement Experience:
Campus placement starts in the Final year. Generally, core companies do not visit. So everyone is placed in the IT sector. Some students by their merit get very high campus hefty packages. Almost the entire batch gets placed.

- The discipline is lil bit strict here,time to time classes,recess, assembly.

IEM gives a 100% placement in all expertise. Most of the placements give by TCS and Wipro. Also, there are companies like cognizant, Infosys, and IBM for placements. College also provides many internship programs for better placements.

The average placement of the college got a 4.5 LPA. IEM Kolkata because of its coding environment, and strong alumni network has begged almost 100% placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:
We have 2 midsemester exams in a semester which will prepare you for the semester really well. If you're serious and hard work you'll get good marks and actually learn about the subjects. Practicals are also really important and viva also. The difficulty level of exams: Moderate.
