- Discipline and responsibility of the college.
- Quality of faculty of the college is very good.
- Campus placements are very good as well of this college.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the college can be very strict.
- Lack of AC in the classrooms can be a big problems for the students.
Placement Experience:
From 7th semester the students become eligible for campus placements. Wipro , pwc, tcs etc. Highest package can reach upto 9lpa. Average package is 3lpa. Placement percentage is good around 80% students get jobs. I will try to get a job or opt for higher studies.

- Discipline is very much important in IEM and every student follows discipline in the college
- Attendance is very much important and every student must have above 75% attendance.
- Faculty members are very friendly and they help us in our projects.
Dislikes
- In the every lab, college provides AC but in the class room there is no AC for us .

Placement Experience:
From 3rd year onwards the placement is starting and many reputed companies come to our college for placement. IEM is the no 1 private engineering college which provides best placement in West Bengal in every year.

- Quality Campus life where I made good friends and have done so much fun.
- Work culture everyone is hard working here no need to get demotivated

- Rules are treating us like we are still school students
Course Curriculum Overview:
I wanted to become an eng. since my childhood.
The syllabus gives the theoretical knowledge but faculties keeps us motivating towards real world skills and research oportunities.
Exams can be taken more frequently.
2 midsem exams and 1endsem. in a sem

- The college campus is against and free of ragging.
- The college trains the students to lead a corporate life.
- The faculty members are very friendly and helpful.
Dislikes
- The food provided by the college canteen is not good.
- The college timing is very a illogical...
- The criteria regarding attendance of every student is very strict. And students have to give specific reasons for every leave of absence
Placement Experience:
The college provides 100% placement in companies like Amazon TCS and many start-up companies there is a placement cell in the college campus which helps the students to know more about corporate life.

- College securities and college guards are strict about time.
- Overall iem college was good for placements and strict discipline.
Placement Experience:
Placements are very good. company are very reputed company. Highest package was 6l LPA . 90% students getting placed in reputed company like Deloitte, Capgemini,TCS,Wipro , Accenture. After getting the degree many people did their jobs and other will go for MCA.

- They organise various events which truly help in developing the student's personality.
- They have really good faculty who focuses on academics well.
Dislikes
- The college timing which is very early for students who lives far away from the college.
- We cannot get out after a lecture and once we get in the college then we won't be able to get out without any medical reason.
Placement Experience:
They are quite decent as most of the students in the batch gets placed. Students become eligible for campus placement from the 5th semester. Amazon, Accenture, PWC and other companies have visited the campus and made 3-4 number of offers. My plans after getting the degree is to pursue MBA.

- Guards are not proper with there work and culture
- Some teachers behave supirior and dominate students
- Seniors r not so friendly and face problems for them
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester students are eligible for campusing , many reputed companys like tcs, cognizant , ibm , croma , Infosys, Deloitte and many companies come and put nice placement offers
Highest package offers was 20 lakh per annum, 80 Percent students get placement, after getting the degree will pursue for mba

- There is no free period during the college hours
- The canteen food is not so good, most of the students went out for lunch

The subjects in this course are very interesting
From studying BBA I can start my own business
The teaching methods are overall good and the faculty members are very helpful
This course makes you ready for corporate life

- Periods are longer college timings is too long
Course Curriculum Overview:
The Discipline this college have is best for our future to be an employee of any company.
Teaching methods can be improved. Teachers must use white boards and moreover smart class must be made for students.
No exams for entrance
In a semester there are 2 mid terms and one final semester exam.

- The classes are taken with utmost dedication by the teachers
- Seniors are quite friendly and helps whenever required
- The campus placement is the best in West Bengal
Dislikes
- The campus is quite small and bunking classes is never an option
- Wearing proper college uniform is uncomfortable sometimes
- The students are under a lot of pressure the whole year due to continuous exams almost every month
Placement Experience:
Campus placement is more or less good in the college with the students placed is almost close to 100% many students apply for higher studies and the college will help financially if any student qualifies GATE exam. ORACLE provides the highest package at IEM every year close to 20LPA.
