The college campus is against and free of ragging.

The food provided by the college canteen is not good.
The college timing is very a illogical...
The criteria regarding attendance of every student is very strict. And students have to give specific reasons for every leave of absence

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very good and it is recommended to all students who are willing to pursue a professional course. I am from commerce background but I actually wanted to go this professional course and this particular institution because of its goodwill.

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities of this college is very good. It provides internship training to everyone from 2nd year which will help students to do internship afterwards easily. This college provides internship in big companies like TCs and Amazon.

Placement Experience

The college provides 100% placement in companies like Amazon TCS and many start-up companies there is a placement cell in the college campus which helps the students to know more about corporate life.

Fees and Financial Aid

This institution provides scholarship( upto 12000) and internship opportunities and it also provides industrial visits. Many huge companies like TCS, Amazon etc provides campus recruitment in this institution.

Campus Life

The campus life is not upto every students expectations. This campus consists of a basketball court a cafeteria and a canteen with not so good food. The infrastructure of this campus is upto the mark every class have air conditioners provided. There are many types of clubs like photography club dance club cultural and drama club where students can participate according to there personal choices.

Admission

The admission was very good. The admission officers were very polite and kind and helpful. They were very calm and clarified all of our doubts regarding admission criterias of the college. The was a cutoff of 75% for admission in BBA department

- Students become eligible for campus recruitment from the 5th semester. - Around 65% of students get placed during campus interviews. - The highest package offered to the BBA students is INR 4 LPA. The average package offered to the students is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA. - The top recruiters who visit the companies are Accenture, EY (Ernst & Young), Wipro Technologies LtdHDFC Bank Pvt Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Amazon.com Inc, Concentrix Corporation, Societe Generale, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. - But still, improvement in place of recruitment is highly recommended. - I want to pursue MBA after and want to commit to the business.

So I take admission through WBJEE in IEM KOLKATA in B.tech in electrical engineering. So now I talked about eligibility criteria:- You should pass your +2 from any board with a maximum of 60% Admission in this college is 3 types WBJEE, JEE MAIN, IEMJEE all three forms you will get notified by college dunia if you have an account in it. So the IEM KOLKATA is one of the best private colleges in Kolkata and you can say in India also so the cuttoff goes very high you have to get minimum rank for this college. This college admission procedure takes 2 days 1st admission to the college it will take 6 hours. 2nd makaut registration will take next 4 to 5 hours. Review of My IEM University

When I was searching for the best college to get the admission, some people told me to try for Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) and after I got admitted to this college, I really understood that I selected the right college. I will always prefer this college because discipline is strictly obeyed in IEM and all the teachers are like parents. In 2019, admission was going on offline and it was held around the month of July. This year, due to covid pandemic, the admission process was held around the month of October and from 2nd November, online education started for the first year batch. According to me, the one and only bad aspect is that every semester, Rs. 65,000 is to be paid by each and every student to continue with their education which is quite high according to me.
