Faculty:

Most of the Faculties are good and supportive. They provide above average marks in internals. You can go to their cabin for doubts. Dushyant sir, Monika ma'am, Anil sir are some of the good Faculties I have met in my first year. There are not bad faculties in this college. It just depends on the interaction and your academic performance. Matter of perspective. Regarding the exams, AKTU conducts them and the system of AKTU is very poor in terms of filling exam forms, generating accurate admit cards. THEIR CHECKING IS VERY VERY POOR. Many students get 1-2 backlog in every semester due to bad checking. Paperwise difficulty level is moderate.

The faculty is preety much good they can be easily approached the faculty to student relationship is preety much good the faculty i liked is shelly kujur i liked about their teaching method there is no such faculties i did not like there are three exam are there in the college before semester exam which is CAE 1 And CAE 2 And PUT the cae 1 and 2 are of 40 marks and put are of 100 marks.

What galgotias has to offer which other colleges don't offer and its cons too

There are very much faculties according to students and they are well versed in their subjects. Students have a good relationship with teachers as they are friendly. I liked aman preet mam the most as she told us everything we needed to know. There are 3 exams and then university exams(aktu). Some students failed the exams in starting papers but their numbers started to fall towards their end

I don't know about faculty to students ratio but the relationship of faculty and students are very good and they are very helpful. Some of them are the best faculties. There are 4 exams per semester 3 are internal and 1 are external wich conducted by the university.

Faculty Members : The faculty of GCET are generally knowledgeable, experienced and approachable. Most professors are supportive during lectures and labs, and they take time to clarify doubts and guide students through projects. Course Strcture : The btech curriculum core subjects with elective and practical sessions helping build skills gradualy. More industry oriented projects could improve real world readiness. Exam system and marking : the semester exams are conducted y AKTU do the marking system is based on that which have strict marking system and apart from that the college examinations are moderate and marking scheme is also moderate.

some faculty is chill and best but some faculty is bad means to force to complete work student and faculty relationship is good faculty talk with student is polite i liked mechnical wale sir they very chill and fun with student and they are coordinater and he is win best teacher award i donnot like electronic wale sir they force to work as like 9 10 student fair and clean writing three exam conduct by collage and it is easy total five unit in syllaus but maths is hard marking schemes is like jitna likha utna mila

Likes

The faculty is experienced and well-informed. Most of them have a good teaching method - they discuss important topics deeply , share course materials, assignments online and are always open to one on one doubt clearing sessions.

Dislikes

Most of the faculty is impressive but some are very rude and strict. Some of them just come and copy their notes without much explaining and are not at all cooperative with the students.

The faculty to student ratio is about 1 is to 50. Most of the professors are easily approachable and encourages students to have all their doubts cleared. Some of the faculty are really impressive (for eg- Dr. Nitesh Kr Singh, Dr. Virendra ) and their teaching style is very student-friendly and approachable. Course Structure- Each semester consists of 5 subjects Each subject consists of 5 units The labs are considered separately and their exams are separately taken by aktu Exam system:- 1.Internal Exams- CAE-1 (40 marks) syllabus-2 units CAE-2 (40 marks) syllabus- Next 2 units PUT (70 marks) full syllabus 2. External exams- AKTU semester end exams-70 marks (full syllabus) The internal exams are of moderate level and mostly comes from the pyq's and class discussed topics. The external exam is from moderate to tough level . Around 10-15% of the students fails to clear the exams and have to complete the backlogs in next years exam. The course curriculum is same for all branches in 1st year and has a mix of relevent and non-relevent courses. Some of the syllabus is outdated and not in use.

faculties are also good . They are well familiar with the students . They provides us real time experience.

every class almost have 75 studnets there is only one faculty per suject . there are CAE 1 , CAE 2 , PUT and end SEM exams . our mathematics faculty names virendra singh sir is best and my favourite one .

Honest pros and cons on galgotias college

Placement cell is good and its infrastructure is also good and all the teachers provided knowledge for carrier development.

If you are beginner in coding then you phase problem to understand because teachers are focus to complete aktu syllabus .
Faculties expertise are average but teaching and mentoring is good .

Faculty to student ratio is 80 to 1 .Faculty to student relationship is very good and supportive in nature. There approachable are the Faculty is good . Dushyant kumar are maths Faculty. Ilike him because its teaching method and interaction between students and Faculty is so good . Coding Faculty is average because not focus on every student, if you are beginner in in coding then you phase problem. Exam level is medium in this 2 CAE eaxam and 1 PUT Exam before 1st semester. Few student are fail in exam. Average relevant to course curriculum like coding etc.

A HONEST EXPERIENCE

if i talk about the academics and the study culture of the college it is based on aktu syllabus..supportive faculty will be provided to the students by the college but to be honest you have to prepare yourself for any test or for the academics.

If i talk about the faculty to student ratio it is quite good. You have been alloted a experienced teacher for each subject which taught a class size of 75 students at a time. In my Class I really liked the way of teaching of my engineering chemistry teacher { Shelly Kujur Mam }..also others are also good. If talk about exams before end sem by aktu you have to ateemp 2 CAEs and 1 PUT
