I appeared for WB JEE 2002 and my rank was 2232. I wanted to study computer science and as per my rank I had option to choose any of the 3 good colleges - IEM, techno india and heritage institute. But I chose IEM as I heard from different sources that campus recruitment is very good there.

The college is not that bad, the facilities are good and the faculty are really skilled and experienced. The campus placement of the college is not good from the past few years but the college is working on it currently and will improve it surely.

I can say worst college in west bengal, zero placement, poor marks in semester, labs are organised poorly, no additional equipment avl for the experiments, faculties are too bad, and the placement officer, doesn't speak english properly.
