How to Calculate JEE Advanced Rank?
Your official JEE Advanced rank is calculated from your raw JEE Advanced marks. Unlike JEE Main, there is no normalisation so no percentile calculation.
- All candidates’ JEE Advanced raw marks are arranged in descending order.
- The highest raw score earns the top rank; lower marks get a lower rank.
- Ranks are calculated for candidates who score the minimum qualifying marks in each subject set by the official JEE Advanced authority.
- A separate rank list is prepared for each category: Common rank list (CRL or AIR), SC, EWS, OBC, ST, and PwD categories.
