This year, JEE Main 2025 syllabus has been revised with the deletion of 11 chapters and a few other topics. However, most of these deleted topics are still a part of JEE Advanced 2025 syllabus. For example,
- In Physics, Carnot Engine has been deleted from Mains syllabus but is still a part of IIT JEE syllabus.
- In Maths, Scalar Triple Product and Vector Triple Product have been deleted in the JEE Main syllabus but are still a part of JEE Advanced Syllabus.
- In Chemistry, several chapters have been deleted such as p-block, and s-block Elements which are still a part of JEE Advanced.
Similarly, other topics have been deleted from JEE Main syllabus but are still a part of JEE Advanced.
