The IIT Roorkee is expected to release the JEE Advanced Syllabus 2026 on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. The JEE Advanced Syllabus includes physics, chemistry & mathematics from NCERT Class 11 and 12.

  • The JEE Advanced Syllabus for Physics will cover mechanics, thermal physics, electricity & magnetism, & optics. Mechanics will carry 35% marks in the subject, and Electricity and Magnetism will carry 25% weightage in the exam.
  • The JEE Advanced Syllabus for Chemistry will cover physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, and organic chemistry, in which physical chemistry will be of 35%, organic chemistry of 30%, and inorganic chemistry of 35% weightage.
