RLBCAU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The timing for the exams are very less here and one thing which i dont like about the invigilator is that they try to work alone in distributing the paper because of which some studnets get the paper late and difficukty in time management .

In the last semester (8th) placement opportunities are available for the students to apply for . The range of income of the placement is approx 28000-60000. About 80% of the Total students get this placement from our academic.and rest 20% opt. for higher studies. My plans are to get a proper government job.

As I was competing in medical but sadly did not get selected, so I pursued BSc hons. Agriculture.Its quite relevant in today's world based on the past experiences of COVID that we people faced. Agriculture has been a major Course since ancient times.

The practical mode of teaching methods of this college influenced my decision. The curriculum on a scale of 10 prepares me to around 8units for real world applications. A suggestion would be to focus more on students learning than to make them sit unnecessarily in the class for long hours for attendance sake. We face exams every 2nd month

The course curriculum are designed according to the competative exam. The syllabus match to ANGARU AND TNU .So the availability of notes are easy . The course are made for 4.5 months. The course are designed in such a way that it is easy to complete.

Course curriculum revolve around different aspects of agriculture and rural development. It also includes extra courses like personality development, evonomics and statistics Course structure for student of 2024-2025 is according to 6th dean committee which is more focused on practical application and jod reqirements. Teaching methods of teachers are unique and include many feild visits and in hand experiences. Exams are timely and occur very frequently as there are 10 subjects. Every next month have exams scheduled.

After the 8 semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many Agroforestry based companies through the india are visited in campus placements. The highest package get by the students is around 2-3 lakh that is offered by the companies. 80-90% of students get placement in every year. My plans after getting to go through higher studies in masters.

in this University The circular and teaching method are very strict and very busy for a student. There is four month semester in which there is no break for a student to go home . It need to be improved because the four month hectic circular may depressed students. Those are too far from home. and after the semester break. There is very less time holiday for a student that is very hectic for a student.

The course is very practical and is mostly research based. I wanted to help the feeders of the nation and try and uplift their situations thus I opted for this course. The classes have smart boards so classes are super interactive. The exams are bit stressful but obviously necessary and do help in shaping our knowledge.

The curriculum has a lot of practical knowledge and we can apply those at home and at job we are about the enter. We understand the problems faced by farmers and solve them so uts like helping the feeder of the country. Exams are medium level but its very frequent for which we get a bit stressed so i would hope that to reduce.
