Being in horticultre stream, I find the curriculum to be well made according to the stream. It covers about all aspects that can be related to horticulture. But it only lacks a little in term of innovative or creative aspect like a.i, business studies, etc. which should be included as the world around us is now mordenizing and getting competitive very rapidly. The teaching here is good but i think we should also be introduced to problems at ground level through more research and field orieneted studies. The frequency and timing of exams is well prepared to keep the students revise the topics over and over again and also to keep them busy in studies.

Course curriculum revolve around different aspects of agriculture and rural development. It also includes extra courses like personality development, evonomics and statistics Course structure for student of 2024-2025 is according to 6th dean committee which is more focused on practical application and jod reqirements. Teaching methods of teachers are unique and include many feild visits and in hand experiences. Exams are timely and occur very frequently as there are 10 subjects. Every next month have exams scheduled.

I am studying bsc Hons horticulture. This couse have wide future ahade. This course has many government jobs , non governmental jobs also.There are many business opportunities in the future. So this couse is very effective for your career.

The timing of exam for mid term is 1 hours and of 30 mark 18 marks theory and 12 marks for objective whereas in end term we have 100 mark where 40 marks objective and 60 marks for theory exam and but there's a need

The course curriculum is set according to our skill enhance ment practicals that is too necessary for ur career ...it also includes the curriculum too updated and with best suitable and necessary courses that it should be

After the 8 semester students become eligible for campus placements. There are many Agroforestry based companies through the india are visited in campus placements. The highest package get by the students is around 2-3 lakh that is offered by the companies. 80-90% of students get placement in every year. My plans after getting to go through higher studies in masters.

I like to study about the nature and wildlife knowledge so for this i decided to continue my study form forestry. I would like to suggest pls increase the number of job opportunities in this course in government as well as private sector.

Cource is really vast, there is 21 credits to study in each semester. In one subject there is max 5 credit and then credit divide into many subjects and you have to pass this credit for your scholarship.

Well am interested in forestry since Childhood. I really want to explore and live my whole life in forest That's why I choosen this course For me this course is preparing me mentally and physically as we go for visiting forest more often so now we know how to deal with real life problems. Well in my course they need to improve in praticals Nad they should explain using instrument Exams papers are not difficult as I said before it's easy and in one semester it occurs twice which is fine

in this University The circular and teaching method are very strict and very busy for a student. There is four month semester in which there is no break for a student to go home . It need to be improved because the four month hectic circular may depressed students. Those are too far from home. and after the semester break. There is very less time holiday for a student that is very hectic for a student.
