Course Curriculum Overview

3

I like to study about the nature and wildlife knowledge so for this i decided to continue my study form forestry. I would like to suggest pls increase the number of job opportunities in this course in government as well as private sector.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee of my clg is 20000. It's include registration fee of 600 Tuition fee of 1000 And library fee 2000 And others fee of 2000 which include semester report , water charge, And apart from that electricity charge is also taken which is of ?2700 per semester. And scholarship of 3000 per months is given to that particular Student whose CGP is more than 7.00 which is provided by ICAR.

Campus Life

3

In my college the annual and others festival doesn't occur only the foundation day of the college is held on February and other small function like kishan mela which is held on the month of June July in order to interact with farmers Student and scientists. The library facilities is good all type of books, newspaper is available. No at that time no any social grp, r clubs is active in my college.

Hostel Facilities

5

According to me hostel facilities in my college is too good which include fast wifi facilities, 24 hrs gym, lift system, geysers for students and room with enough space and light and cooler also provide. The mess food quality is average and it's give three time breakfast, lunch, and dinner and at evening and morning tea is also provide and for mess we have to pay 3000 per month.

Admission

I applied for different colleges like B.H.U ,D.u, central university of south bihar, visva bharati for bsc. hons agriculture bt i didn't selected because my ranks is less as the rank needed in that particular colleges. I got selection from Rlbcau, Navsari Gujarat for bsc. hons forestry bt i selected Rlbcau over Navsari because Rlbcau is a central university and Navsari is a state university. The admission process is of we have to give cute exam then selected icar and after that icar release a rank card according to your marks and then do the counselling process and you will get the clg and course.

Faculty

4

The faculties of my college is too cooperative bt some facilities is little bit strict about the course classes and attendance. I like Dr. Prabhat Tiwari sir because he is very cooperative among Student. I don't like some teacher because they reduce marks in practical paper. In one semester there is one midterm of 30 marks and two quiz of 10-10 marks and last end term is of 50 marks and practical exam is of 100 marks.

Night Life

4

The girl hostel of my college gate is closed at round 7pm after that no one is allowed to move outside. And for boys hostel the gate closing time is about 11pm . One gym (outside r inside) is provided in all three hostels which is open 24 hours. And inside campus there is two canteen out of which one is little bit expensive and the behavior of staff is good. And library is two one is 12hrs and others is 24hrs open for students and professors.

Placement Experience:

Tere is no batch of agriculture is still passout so there is no record for the placement of agriculture student but information which college has given that for 7 sem your recruitment will be started. No such record for our courses 2.5_3lakh is what mention while taking addmission Students having 7 and above cgpa are eligible but they also have to clear gdpi sessions. If I get a job I may persuad it for experience and simultaneously complete my pg with agri management for higher growth opportunities in career.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements and there are a lot of companies that come for placements and highest package is by IARI, New Delhi of 96 lakhs per annum and the average package is 10 lakhs per annum. A minimum of 90% of students got placements. My plan is for becoming a scientist after getting my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course because I wanted to explore and contribute to the agricultural sector for better growth of the economy of India, for the people of our country whom we can help especially major concentration towards rural areas or villages. 10:8, Majorly every faculty has done their PhD from known respected universities. In fact we students are actually fortunate to get the opportunity to learn from our faculty members. They are actually very helpful and in our department, the teachers are sincere about giving notes and other information. Term exams were usually normal with the proper time. Truly the exams according to me were mediocre not too tough or not too easy so anyhow a student was required to study.

Placement Experience:

When the students come in the last semester which is the 8th semester then only they are eligible for campus placement. There are a number of companies that provide placements. I don't know about the package since I had not faced any interviews till now for the placements and about 40 to 50% of the students get placement. After completing my course if I get any good University for Masters then I will go for that and if not I will prefer to do a job.

Remarks:

The college is best for who want to complete the course in low amount of fee and the education is best at the cost. The university is small compared to other universities but it gives students advantage of gaining focus of teachers due to low number of students.

In truth there are not any bad remarks for college by myself ..it fulfills all requirements of students to complete their studies easily. Only a weak point of college is not the availability of girls hostel ..hope it will come soon there are many advantages of getting a degree in this college like disciplined environment, regular classes, hostel facility and most it is situated in prime location.
