They initially reserved a seat for Rs. 5,000 and joined the university post-WBJEE exams on July 22, 2019. The university offers hostel facilities for Rs. 7,000 per month, though the reviewer chose off-campus accommodation for cost reasons. Faculty members are supportive, ensuring students understand the material with strict attendance policies, including a Rs. 2,000 fine for attendance below 75%.

The B. Pharmacy course costs Rs. 5,50,000, divided into eight installments, and there are separate semester examination fees. The initial advance payment for seat booking is part of the first installment. Brainware University has an impressive placement rate of 98-99%, with companies like Wipro, Sun Pharma, Dr. Reddy's, Amazon, and Tata Consultancy participating in campus recruitment.
