I chose the course because I want to be a researcher. The faculty-student ratio is good for classes. The method of teaching and communication is nice. The faculties are well educated for teaching. Forsi pasng in all subjects to difficult but it is good.

The college provides the course for placement. There are lots company are come like Sun Pharma, Dr. Raddy, etc. The parentage of placement is 99%. After getting I want to complete M pharm in this college. So it's good.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is partially high so it is difficult to study. The policy of fees is student-friendly. Anyone can get SVMCM if he/she gets the number to approach for a scholarship. The campus provides jobs for students.

Campus Life

It is generally conducted in June month. The atmosphere on campus is very good. The classroom is nicely decorated and clean. There are many extracurricular activities that occur such as sports, seminars, etc.

Admission

The process of admission is very smooth. I am very glad to be admitted to this University. The people's admission department is very friendly. They help me in the admission process. A minimum fifty percent number in HS is required for admission in the course. The application form anyone can find in the admission department. I get my reservation benefits in the admission.

Placement of the college is good last year 24 batch senior get placed and he got the highest package of 8 lpa and median package of 5 lakh and lowest package 2.50 lakh almost every student get placed and some student get for higher studies

Placement Experience:

This college has a good placement record. Mainly in B.Pharm, 90% of students get placed in some good companies. Cipla, Mankind etc companies come and give the opportunity to students. The average package is 4-5 lakhs per annum and some students got the highest package like 15 lakhs per annum.

Remarks:

Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri is the 1st Pharmacy college in Asia. This is the only one government college in West Bengal. Labs infrastructure is very poor. 100% Placement are done. Our college is very good Pharmacy college in India.

Addmission process was quite good, as eligibility of the course only 60 students can be admitted in these course. There is a minimum requirement of 60%marks in the 12th , directly come to the college for addmission related queries, it is very good feature that you can fill the form up online.
