- Some faculties are stuck with the outdated teaching methodology without engaging discussion and real world examples.
- Labs are decent but sometimes overcrowded and inconsistent ac and low wifi speed
- Core syllabus feels rigid with heavy theory over practical development.
Course Curriculum Overview
Key attraction included aiml . Strong for entry level job via lab classes. Add more flip classes and more discussions and real world examples based lectures. And add extra curricular activities. 2 internal, 1 end semester exam and assignment submission
Placement Experience
From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements . TCS, Capgemini, EY , Amazon etc offers varies from 1-2 lpa Highest paid was 12 lpa and average is 1-2lpa According to google 90-98 % students were placed. I am planning to sit for placement and get a job
Fees and Financial Aid
I pay 58700 rs every semester which depends as per your course.The total 4 years program may approximately cost 5.8 lakh. 1.4lakh tuition fees + 20000-30000 admission fees+ 10000 caution deposit + 20000 lab fees this is the approximate course charges this may vary upon the course you choose. Sc st students do not need to pay the tution fee . Batchmates from Sc st category confirms paying minimal amounts through Oasis portal. Merit cum need: 25-100% tution fee waiver for income below 2.5 lakh and marks above 80% . Swami Vivekanand merit cum need scholarships.
Campus Life
Every year college organizes cultural fest anandadhara where a celebrity is called and music band group are invited and they perform. The library offers 20k+ books Smart classroom features projectors and AC classrooms. Campus provides football badminton and cricket ground with gym facilities.
Hostel Facilities
The rooms contains 4 bed 4 almirah 4 tables and chairs for each student for 4 bedded room The meal quality is okay. We get 4 times meals every day. We need to pay 10 k each for registration and caution deposit ( refundable) . We need to pay 10k every month
Admission
I did not apply for any other colleges. I choose this college as the college fees was less and had a good studying environment. The admission process of this college is pretty simple just we need to pay 5000 for the seat booking or registration and pay the full amount and your admission is confirmed.
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio is 1:50/60 . Faculty students bond are generally approachable with many professors encouraging doubt clearing sessions. I can't name the faculty without their consent. Each semester has 2-3 internal assessments , 2 CT, ppt presentation and 2 assignments submission. With one semester end examination. The difficulty varies from moderate to hard . About 5% appear fail due to backlogs . The curriculum is relevant for foundation but lacks advanced and slightly misaligning with the job needs
Night Life
It has an indoor gym with trainers. A food court and a veg canteen and a normal canteen. Hostel outing are every day 5-8 in evening and 8am-8pm during the holidays. The inside campus is safe for students.
