Learning and Growing: Brainware University

The course curriculum is quite comprehensive. The topics are very well covered. The faculty uses the chalk-talk method and the presentation method to teach. There's always room for improvement but overall everything is well and good.

My college has a 98% placement rate. As I'm in 2nd year, I haven't been placed yet, but as I look at my seniors, they are definitely well placed. The average package ranges from 3.5LPA - 3.8LPA. The highest package was 36LPA reported in 2024-2025.

The fees for my chosen course when I enrolled were Rs 5,17,000/-, but our university offers scholarships like the Brainware Vidyalankar Scholarship, and also provides an early bird offer for early admissions. So my course fee was reduced to Rs 2,87,000/-as I scored 94.2% in my 12th. Also, you can avail of the other scholarships, such as SVMCM or Aikyashree, based on eligibility. The registration fees for my course were Rs 5000/-. The fees definitely increase with the gradual time. For the year 2025-2026, the fee for the same course was Rs 5,47,000/-.

There is an annual fest called Anandhara, else our college also conducts a freshers and a convocation ceremony. Also, there are various seminars, workshops, events, activities and competitions conducted within a few days now and then.

I didn't actually apply to any other college. After my 12th, I just wanted to start my law journey without waiting for CLAT or any other law exams. This college was affordable, close to my home, a compact yet cute campus and well-teaching professors.

The faculties are genuine and very helpful. Personally, I have a very comfortable connection with my faculties. Teaching methods are efficient and patient. There are a total of 2 mid-semester exams, 2 assignments, 1 presentation and the end-of-semester exam.

Our college has a gym; separate times are allotted for boys and girls. We also have a food court called Pet Pujo. Also, there are common rooms in every building, so you can chill out there in your free time as well. Our college also provides hostel facilities. The locality around is super-safe.
