WBJEEB to Hold a Combined Counselling WBJEE & JEE Rank Holders; Check Details Here!

New Delhi: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) released a notice regarding a Combined WBJEE 2023 Counselling for WBJEE 2023 and JEE Main 2023 Rank Holders. Candidates can check the official notice at wbjeeb.nic.in.

According to the official WBJEEB notice, the authorities will conduct a combined counselling process for both WBJEE 2023 and JEE Main Rank Holders to offer admission to various Engineering, Pharmacy, and Architecture courses in top West Bengal Colleges. 

Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements and have secured a rank (GMR/PMR) in the WBJEE 2023 and/or the JEE Main 2023 are eligible to register for the WBJEE Counselling Process.

There will be three rounds of counselling: Allotment, Upgradation and Mop-Up. Registration is mandatory for counselling and securing an allotment.

How to Register for WBJEE 2023 Counselling? 

To participate in the WBJEE 2023 Counselling, candidates must follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of WBJEEB @wbjeeb.nic.in.

Step 2: Tap on the “WBJEE 2023 Counselling” Registration Link.

Step 3: Enter valid login credentials and click on submit.

Step 4: Fill out the application form and pay the application fee.

Step 5: Submit and Download the confirmation page.

WBJEE 2023 Counselling Process 

• Candidates should log in to their accounts to check their seat allotment status.
• The allotment status will indicate the allocated institute and course.
• Candidates must pay a seat acceptance fee of INR 5000 through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI and download the allotment letter.
• Failure to pay the seat acceptance fee will result in cancellation of the current allotment, and the candidate will not be considered for seat allotment in the Upgradation Round.
