8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Good college with best facilities

Admission:

I wrote the Kerala entrance exam. I was selected in the merit list, I applied to this college and was allowed. Which was much simple than I thought, although my rank was 53000. Which was a big surprise for me

Remarks:

CET is one of the most prestigious institute in the country which has produced quite a lot of alumni who has excelled in various field of engineering and technology.The infrastructure is so mesmerizing,spread over a luxurious 150 acres.The facilities and placements are top class and definitely its a blessing to get into CET.The intake is from the kerala entrance keam and one would obviously want to top the entrance to get admission to one of the most finest institute.

One of the best college

Remarks:

No At CET you will get chance to achieve your dream. There are many fests (Drishty-tech fest, Dhwani-arts fest, Sargam-year wise competitions, Odisha - for first years, etc. ). The students coordinate every fest, and that is very good opportunity for the students of CET.

It's not at all a great college.

Remarks:

Positive Alumni network great Entrepreneurship and edc cell is nice. Some teachers are willing to help Good central library Negative Poor infrastructure. Old lab facilities. Classroom sucks. Lack quality of teachers.

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
