My College

Likes

I think the surrounding and the nature is awesome and mind refreshing. The atmosphere is good which make it's more comfortable to study.the campus life is beautiful and seniors are very nice they are very helpful.
The faculty are experienced and skilled. They lab assistant professor and every teaching staffs are very nice.
The placement are not so nice but still better then most of other the highest package was 42 LPA.

Dislikes

There is a bit discrimination as the local people are more in numbers and they are favoured as compared to non local
The infrastructure is not good. It's made up on wetlands. No roads are there.
The girl hostel is very far from the college it took 4 hours daily in travelling.

Placement Experience:

From 3 semester students become eligible for campus placement. The name of the companies which visited are ICICI Bank Newgen Tata digit etc. 85.9% of cse student got placed. The highest package was 42 LPA and average package is 8to 11 LPA. I wanted to start my own company. Our college also provide us the experience by giving us internship opportunity.

Friends and teachers they help in everything
Campus location is very prime college is surrounded by hills which is looks attractive in the day time
There is no restrictions in hostels for boys

Dislikes

College infrastructure should have a scope of developement
There is water everywhere in the college in rainy season
Most of the local students are good but some think thar they are boss there they threatens students from other states

Placement Experience:

Placements is growing every year in the college.Avg placement is 8-10 lakhs per annum .Students are also getting internship from third year .In Cse and Ece placement percentage is 100 percentage which is very good

Placement Experience:

Placements are overall good but have seen a certain decline in 2023-24 due to the recession as well as the situation in Manipur. Companies like Amazon, Discovery, and Edfora have visited our campus. The highest package of 47LPA was offered to only one student, while most of the most of the students have got placements under 14LPA.

The institute has a central library, sports facilities, workshops, and separate hostel for boys and girls.
The campus is located in a beautiful natural setting with lush green fields
Most of the teachers are PhD holders from IITs or NITs and are considered

Dislikes

Transportation facilities is very poor. Situation of vehicles are so poor.
In-time for hostel is very bad because of Manipur situation.
Wi-Fi facilities is very poor and unstable.

Placement Experience:

From my course many have got placement but I didn't applied for it because I don't want placement as I want to do further studies in the field of UPSC and now as I have got my degree so know I can start my UPSC preparations.

Likes

Nature around college is warm, relaxing and very peaceful
College is surrounded by mountains and fields with helps to maintain the inner peace for a person
Students help each other in many ways, maintaining a good environment between seniors and juniors

Dislikes

Need a good infrastructure including auditorium, classrooms, labs
Hostel accommodation is provided way too far from college for girls, which is a bit hectic
Need for cultural fest and activities such as intra sports, yearly fest, farewell, freshers

Placement Experience:

For placement and internship, college officially allows after 3rd year This year recession was at the peak so we experienced a downfall in the placement ratio, but last year was a great year, we got hoghest of 47lpa secured by a girl from amazon off campus I am also looking forward to sit in the interviews and hoping to get a descent package with my degree.

Placement Experience:

Students of the 6th semester and onwards become eligible for placements. A lot of big companies visit our campus. From last year's data around 200 offers were made to BTech students. The highest placement was 50 LPA and the average stood at 10 LPA.

Placement is very good and you can also explore in college
Environment is also very good in that area especially i joined nit manipur for this reason

Dislikes

Infrastructure is very bad and class is also very bad
There is no facilities for playing and other things also
If we talk about the classes then class is not so good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to take CSE so I choose nit Manipur. I have no option for me. In this percentile, nit manipur gives CSE branch. There are two semesters in one year it takes the exam on time without any disturbance you know that nit is an autonomous college. Whatever the faculty teaches in a semester. he takes an exam within it.

Students get eligible for placements from the 6th semester. Companies such as Amazon, veritas, Cognizant, etc have visited our campus. The highest package was around 48 LPA and the average package was 10 LPA. 80% of the students got placement offers. Placements start from the mid of the 6th semester only.

I choose CSE because i want to learn more about computer programming.There are 2 term exams:Mid-term and End end term.It's very difficult to pass cause we need to cover lots of syllabus for per term exams within short time.

All about National Institute of Technology (Manipur)

Likes

The staff members are really cooperative and understanding
The meals provided by the college for the hosteler are pretty decent and often delicious
The Wi-Fi provided by the college is top notch

Dislikes

The roads are caked in dust. It really needs a black-topping

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen the course because I think it has a better scope for the future moreover I am also excited to learn about computer technology and its basics. There are numerous faculty members in the institute. The qualification of the faculty member suppose to be Ph.D. level moreover their teaching is fascinating and good. Two exams are conducted every quarter of the year and it was really difficult to get good marks
