most probably the fees will not increase because these fees structure is not changes from last many years and the fees structure is also good for everyone like for SC, OBC-NCL etc, which has below than 1lac these student have very discount in fees.My complete cost of eductaion will be for 4 years aprrox 4 lacs .In my campus there are very scholarship and finacial aid of studnets like MCM(grade basis), Education Loan, Sukanya for girls etc.After covid internship opprunities have been reduced as compared to before covid but still it is there with average Stipends of 40k rupees ,Job opprunities is good with averagee package of 12-15 lac .

Most probably it will not increase as it's a government institute and the same fees is coming from last too many years. 33000 tution fees and 35000 fees for hotesl and mess MCM is for those students whose CG is more than 7 and are in top 25% in their branch and also here scholarship for students based on their category i.e. no tution fees for SC/ST students (only mess and hostel charge is there), 2/3 of tution fees is off for OBC NCL and General EWS (having their family income between 1 lakh to 5 lakhs) students and complete tution fees i.e. 100000 is off for all the students if their family income is less than 1 lakh. Education loan (without any interest) is there for studying and also for buying laptop which is paid after you gradution is complete. After covid internship opportunities have been reduced as compared to earlier but still it is there with average stipend of 40000, job opportunity is quite good and placements are also good with average package of 1000000

For fees, you can visit the official site of IIT ROORKEE as it keeps changing for the different years But you will get a different scholarship from the institute. One such is a fee waiver. This scholarship is given to those students whose family income is less than 5 lakh per annum. MCM is a scholarship given in this college to those students whose CGPA is greater than 7. You can do some part-time job as you can teach some students to have your money.

Actually fee is very high but still there is a lot of scholarship and fee commission plan. If your family income is less than one lakh the you tution fee will get deducted which is one lakh. And if you family income is greater than one lakh and less than five lakh then your two third fee will get deducted. And if your family income is greater than five lakh then you are most unfortunate guy of the world.
