The year wise fee is 293100 rs for general/obc students and for sc/st it is 93100 rs per year. Tution fees is waived off for sc/st which is 200000 rs per year. Total fees include: Hostel fee 30000 Mess fee 55000 Medical insurance 10000 Etc etc There are also scholarships for the one in need like tution fee waiver scheme . In this, The student with family income less than 5 lakh per year can get scholarship for tution fee Family income between 1-5 lakh : 2/3rd tution fee waiver Less than 1 lakh family income : full tution fee waive off. This scholarship is for all general/obc students Also there are many other scholarships which are based on student's academic performance.

IIT ROORKEE - A SCRUPULOUS REVIEW

In each year there are 2 semester. Odd semester has fee 153k and even semester has fee 138 k . Obc /ews/general candidate having family income less than 1 lakh gets fee waiver of 1 lakh each semester. Obc/ews/general candidate having family income less than 5 lakh and above than 1 lakh get fee waiver of 66k per semester. Sc/st students get 1 lakh fee waiver each semester irrespective of their income. This fee waiver scholarship is available in our college. Other than this you can take government scholarship through government portals. The fee mentioned above includes hostel and mess fee also . 143k and 138k breakdown 1 lakh tution fee each semester and rest amount for mess and hostel fee has mess and hostel fee in it.

IIT Roorkee MBA Fee is 9 lakhs. SC /ST get full tution waiver. Scolarships like lower income background is available. One time caution fee is 10000. No yearly hike and also loan is very easily offered.

The fees is subjected to change so i can't state whether it increases each year but yes it increases after 2-3 years by some amount and the college release fees for each on their website so you from there from year 2024 to 2025 i will let what it was and there is some fees which is charged only for 1st semester and some of it is refundable too . Overall fees including tuition fees(200000) + mess + hostel= 300000 per year Mess and Hostel are compulsory SC/ST Students are exempted from paying tuition fees. Total annual fees for general category= 300000 Total annual fees for SC/ST students=100000 James thomson scholarship is there for students have a JEE rank under 300. People from financially weak backgrounds are aided with scholarships and they follow same fees structure as SC/ST students. Many monetary benefits are there for academic and research excellence.

For year wise we have to pay 291600. We have to pay the fee in two semesters. Tution fees is 200000 per year and the remaining fees belongs to hostel,mess, development fees,lab fees ,etc. For management like sc,st there is no tution waiver .

In the First semester I pay 40800 and in my second semester I pay 38300. and I listen from senior that every semester fee will be around 38300. The above mentioned fee for a SC students. I have not got any scholarship but friend get some scholarship like NSP and FFE.

The IIT Roorkee Guide

So there are 8 semesters in my course and each semester as a general candidate I have to pay 1,38,000 rupess which includes a tuition fees of 1,00,000 and the hostel fees of 30,000 rupees annually. There are other fees also like maintenence fees, library fees and gymkhana fees which have a total amount of about 6,000-8,000. For SC/ST candidates, they dont have to pay any tuition fees or other fees, they only pays the hostel and mess fees which comes to around 38,000. The EWS candidates have to pay the full amount at the start but they usually gets the amount back based on ther earning limit. For example, families with less than 5lakhs earning gets 2/3amount of tuition fees back and families with annual income less than 1lakh gets the full tuition fees back as scholarship.
