The campus is very clean. It is huge in area.
Gym, library and sports ground facilities are available

Dislikes

College should also focus on the all round development of the students
College should organise fest for the recreation of the students

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is mandatory in the college itself. It is a paid internship. At present interns get a stipend of 17000 per month. No campus selection happens in the college. Their is no bond facility in the college.

Studies, specifically I really like my subject
The teaching of professors is very nice.

Dislikes

Menu of cafeteria must be enhanced. We have a narrow menu
More industrial or outdoors experience must be provided

Internships Opportunities:

Yes there are various internship opportunities available at the collage .we can directly contact the faculty we want to work under and they are ready to guide us throughout the process we have all the equipments. There are some charges to for doing the internship.

Government Doon Medical College

Likes

The boy girl ratio in the college is 1:1
Various sports and cultural events are held throughout the year

Dislikes

The size of the campus is quite small as compared to other medical colleges of the state
The food served in the mess is quite average in taste

Internships Opportunities:

There is a mandatory internship of 1 year in the Doon Hospital after the completion of 8th semester. The stipend of ?17000 per month is paid for the internship. During the internship the students have to work in various departments for variable time periods.

College teachers of my department especially were very cooperative.
The infrastructure is clean with all the required amenities.

Dislikes

There is no proper placement facility for students of the college.We didn't got any placement opportunity in our department but maybe things have improved in this matter too.

Placement Experience:

I m not sure of placement process of other courses.As compared to placement opportunities of other colleges there are very less here. Students of my department went for off campus placement options. In terms of internship opportunities it was a average experience here.

Best medical college in uttrakhand

Likes

Quality of education is good ..professors are dedicated towards their work
campus is large ..and college have several separate departments

Dislikes

lack of Faculty in some departments is a major issue
old infrastructure of college like lecture theatre does not give good experience to students

Internships Opportunities:

internship is availed after you pass you final year exams in the college and the ammount paid every month by government is 17500 rs .the hospital is located 2 kms away from hostel of college for the duty of interns

I like the classrooms they are very neat and clean
Bus facilities are their for students who are staying away from university

Dislikes

There were no proper facilities for parking of outsiders
Attendance shpuld be more than 75% for attending exams

University orgainse interships for students for sessions. And good opportunities are produced for Btech students. In intershios students face interviewers by it increase tgeir communication skillsof students

Likes

I like the environment here as it is in the hilly areas. Weather is tolerable and enjoyable all year round
Facilities provided are top notch. There are gym,basketball court, cricket pitch, football ground and more

Dislikes

Attendance issue is prevalent here as 75% attendance is mandatory which is not good for professional courses
The quality of education and teacher is not up to the mark as most teachers are alumni of nameless colleges

Placement Experience:

Placement scenioro here is decent. Students get placed in reputed companies like TCS, wipro and psu like BHEL. Students become eligible for placement from 7th semester. Companies like TCS, Wipro, zomato, swiggy have visited the campus and 56 offers were made in total by these companies. Highest package offered was 20 lakh and the average is 4 lakh offered by mass recruiters like TCS. 70% students ended up getting placed I plan on doing M.Tech from IIT after B. Tech

Teaching methods are good like with presentation n all
Campus area is also good and there is greenery around

There is communication gap among college faculties itself

Internships Opportunities:

Internship opportunity are available at our college. Students get stipend of about 17k right now, Internship is done in hospital itself. Interns are posted in every ward like medicine, surgery, CM, OBGY, Paediatric etc. There is good patient flow is hospital so ya they gain good experience just sometimes its hectic of night and day continuous duties . Rest i haven't experienced internship yet as it is after 4 th year its as per i have seen

Likes

The best thing about our college is its teaching faculty. They are really helping and intelligent. They help students in every aspect and are always ready to support the students.
The other best part of our college is its social involvement in social affairs and highly engaged politiical bodies.

Dislikes

One thing i dont like is the poor condition of buildings as it need repairing and modifications. The classes can be designed better.

Internships Opportunities:

As i am doing graduation, the college provides us interships after our completion of graduations. It includes different projects regarding our subjects including some college placements.Our college also provides interships and college placements after post graduation.

Doctor's college Government medical College Haldwani

Campus is situated near the hospital so it is easy in posting to travel and campus is quite large with sports complex and quite big auditorium
Ratio of girls and boys is about 1:1 and college offers total 3 courses in graduation level MBBS BSC nursing and paramedical

Dislikes

Students are not allowed to keep vehicles and travel with personal vehicle inside the campus
Cultural programs and other activities are not promoted

Internships Opportunities:

1 year internship is necessary in mbbs course and for this you will be posted in government hospital. It has stipend of 17,000 monthly for a year in which you get very less leaves. It gives you a vast knowledge about the real life doctors.
