Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ) Admission
CURAJ offers admissions to various courses such as BTech, MTech, M.Arch, MPharm, MSc, MCom, PG Diploma and Ph.D. at Undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Admissions to CURAJ are based on entrance examinations such as JEE Main, CUET, GATE, etc., and are completely online. However, in order to qualify for admission to the Central University of Rajasthan, students must earn a minimum of 50% on the qualifying test. Admission to the Ph.D. program is based on CUET scores followed by an interview conducted by the university
Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ) Application Process
Admissions to CURAJ are done in online mode. First, Candidates will have to appear for entrance exams and after receiving the admissions offers, they are required to fill out the application form available on the official website of the university. Admissions to most of the courses are based on CUET scores. Students can apply for CUET as follows:
Step I: Register at the CUCET website with a valid email ID and mobile number.
Step II: Complete the online application Form with correct details.
Step III: Upload the Photo and signature of the candidate as per the specification.
Step IV: Enter Test Center details
Step V: Preview and edit the application form
Step VI: Pay the Application Fee of INR 800 (For General/OBC/EWS) online using either net banking, Credit/ Debit Cards, or UPI.
Application process after CUET exam
- Candidates must go to the college's official website and select "Apply Online."
- They should choose their top choice of test centers before the entrance tests.
- They must complete and submit the online application form.
- They must pay an online application fee equal to the sum of the admissions fees plus a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- for the counseling fee.
- The application form can be downloaded and printed from the official website.
- After the relevant department has satisfactorily verified all "Original documents" and "Transcripts," admission will be granted at the time of counseling.

The Central University of Rajasthan has state-of-the-art infrastructure to cater to the needs and development of its students. They provide various facilities according to the departments as per their needs. The University is well-equipped with facilities such as hostel accommodation, health care, sports, library, and much more. The details of the facilities provided are given below in detail.
- Central Library: The University offers a central library on campus for students and faculty to use to reference and expand their knowledge. It houses over 31,000 books, including references, and subscribes to over 8000 online journals through the e-ShodhSindhu Consortium. The university library also subscribes to over 100 national and international print journals.
- Sports: The institution has indoor and outdoor sports facilities for students to use in order to be healthy and active while completing their academic studies.
- The university has a football field, a cricket field, two basketball courts, two volleyball courts, and other fields for other sports.
- Hostels: The University contains four boys' hostels and four girls' hostels, with a total capacity of around 2850 students. The girl's hostel has separate individual mess facilities, whereas the boy's hostels share a common giant mess facility with a capacity of 500 students.
- Medical: The University has a medical facility supervised by a medical officer and a nurse that provides 24*7 medical services and a well-equipped vehicle to respond to any emergency referral.

I HAVE CHOSSEN THIS COLLEGE BECAUSE IT IS NEAR TO HOME JAIPUR WHICH ROUGHLY TAKES 3 HOURS TO REACH. I HAD APPLIED FOR DU, BHU,UNIVERSITY of RAJASTHAN. AND I GOT ADMISSION IN ALL THERE. IF I CAMPERE MY COLLGE WITH ALL THREE I THINK IN TEREM OF ALL FACTOR IT IS DECENT BUT IT IS SITUATED IN MIDDLE OF VILLAGE IT GET VERY LESS INTRACTION WITH INDUSTRY.

I applied in GCA , government college Ajmer and I also attended classes for 1 month but it was not good there and I was thinking I am wasting my year if I study there so I choose to go for a good technical degree and applied for b-tech degree in IT in GWECA college

- I liked the campus environment specially the sports grounds , At my college almost every popular sport grounds are available. The hostels are good having good rooms and average facilities.
- Also I liked the faculty members at my college , as mostly faculty members are good and many have friendly nature.
Dislikes
- The placement system is not up to mark , there is no placements in any departments except some which has a little placements.
- The mess food is not as expected , mess food is the mega mess (the biggest mess of the campus) is not good, rather mess food in small hostels is average.
Admission:
I did not apply for any other university , i chose this university because this is near to my hometown. At my college admission is through the CUET UG examination which is an all india level for various central and state Unversilties. After this exam there is counselling form of this college in which we can apply for various course of the same level as UG. Then there is a document verification and then the final selected students list Almost everyone who apply for this university gets this university , also there is a spot round in which students can take admission if there are vacant seats available in the course.

- CURAJ has a green campus and it is well managed and students living in the hostel are very friendly and helpful.
- About the faculty, our department has very experienced and intellectual professor with excellent teaching methods providing us with knowledge of practical aspects of the courses.
Dislikes
- Library of this university can be improved more, it has over 50 thousand books and a room of 500 students capacity. I think a lot of more books can be included to the library.
- Quality of mess food can be improved a lot but it's not too bad to not be able to it.
Admission:
My friends have been studying here since their ug and they had a good experience here so i always had an idea that curaj will be the place where I'll completey pg so ko other options beforehand. I got admission through cuet pg.

- Hostel is messed up. Too many restrictions. Labs are poor. N

I chose this college as it was a government college but now it's autonomous and the fees was also less as compared to the other colleges. I applied to many colleges , colleges in Mumbai Pune, CTAE udaipur... But the fee was less here. I have many competitive exams for other colleges... But did not clear them.. like bitsat... Comed-k etc. I got into my college through REAP counselling. The criterion was based on 12th and JEE score. We can get admission through direct admissions also. There is no cuttoff as such. Overall experience was... Pretty smooth

- The outside area is less like because not developed

Admission:
I got admission through jossa councelling after clearing JEE mains exam then I got this one. I am from Rajasthan so near to me and Central institute that have more value than state government colleges and private colleges. I got rejection from IITs and NITs because of my percentile in JEE main. Admission In BTech through jossa admission process after clearing JEE main. Approx 80 to 95 percentile secured in JEE mains in general category can got admission.

- Huge restrictions on students as they don't consider it safe
Admission:
Admission process is very simple about this college as you have to register first and then pay the admission fee. After this you will be mailed about the dates of document verification after which you can get admission It's almost similar to all the other colleges and i took admission because i wanted to explore rajasthan

- The mess does not provide milk ,only once in a week

I choose this college because i cleared CUET and got admission here and also the department is nice and the faculties are topmost among the Central universities.The eligibility is one must score marks in CUET exams and should able be able to match the qualification asked.

Admission:
I applied to several other colleges like Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, Central University of Haryana, Central University of Himachal Pradesh etc. I got a confirmed admission in the Central University of Himachal Pradesh but due to its very large distance from my home and non availability of hostel I cancelled my admission from there and chose Central University of Rajasthan to pursue my further studies after 12th class. I got rejected from most of the universities of Delhi University and BHU due to my less grades in CUET exam and lesser number of seats in most of the universities. Students in my university are admitted through the CUET exam conducted every year after the 12th board examination. After you get a seat in the university there is no internal exam to confirm your seat you just have arrive on the when there is the document verification and then your seat gets confirmed. The cutoffs and eligibility is different for different courses.

- Professor and the college life it is good
Dislikes
- I don't enjoy any fest and festivals it is not good as expected
Admission:
I also applied for Delhi University and I got confirmed admission in Maitreyi college but Central University of Rajasthan is in Rajasthan where I live so I prefered it. Also Delhi is not safe for girls as I heard.
