NDUAT Faculty

The faculty at the college is highly qualified, with most members holding PhDs and being recruited from prestigious institutions like the All India Agriculture Research Centre board. The staff-to-student ratio is 1:17, providing a supportive and interactive learning environment. Faculty members, aged 35 to 45, are experienced and focus on providing practical knowledge, aligning courses with standards from ICAR and other institutes. They are approachable and offer one-to-one mentorship, aiding in academics and career guidance, including preparation for exams like ASRB NET.

Although guest faculties were less effective, the permanent faculty is well-regarded for their proficiency and innovative teaching methods. The college offers diverse programs such as BSc in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, and BTech Biotech, with a curriculum that is largely relevant and structured. Despite some issues with classroom sizes and power politics, the faculty's commitment to student success is evident through regular classes, extra support, and a focus on both academic and personal development.
