MNNIT Allahabad Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The placement of this college is better than most of the NITs and many new IITs. It has a good average placement. The average package for overall BTech students is about 16 LPA, for CSE it is about 26 LPA. The percentage placement of BTech students is approximately 75 % this year. Many companies visit to the college for placement like Google, Amazon, Facebook, Reliance, Samsung, and DRDO. My plans after getting the degree from this college is to get a good placement and give my 100 % for my company.

Our campus placements were amazing. Many companies came to our college, including Core companies like Mahindra Bajaj And Software companies like Google, Microsoft and many more Alos, including very good consultancy companies like Accenture

placemnts are very good at mnnit allahabd in our mca their is almota 80 to 85 % students placed every year but their is also politics done by tpo(training and placements officers) because their friends clear the online tests with cheatings

After 4th semester students are eligible for the campus placement and internship.There are many software and core company hiring the students from my college. Highest package is 82 lpa and average is about 19 lpa and about 50percent student placed and I am also preparing for the same.

The curriculum of mechanical is very old fashioned . They teach about the machines and techniques which are not even used in the industries nowadays.More emphasis is given on theoretical knowledge. In my opinion curriculum does'nt helps in real world applications . More emphasis on practical knowledge should be given . There are 2 semesters in a year and each sem has one mid sem and one end sem paper.

The curriculum of Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad of Bachelors of Technology is quite hectic. But covers both theory and practical. The classes are lined up from 9a.m. till 6p.m. this cycle continues from Monday till Friday, and sometimes we have extra classes even on Saturday and Sunday (which is our holidays)

Placement are fantastic of our college. In fact our college is famous for the placement only. In case the student didn't get the on campus placement, they can apply for off campus placement pr they could even go for higher studies or government job.

The placement of the college is phenomenal. The College is one of the top most NIT of the country in terms of placement. Students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester. Several top companies of the world come for campus placements including Texas instruments, Nvidia, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan,Apple etc. There was an average package of around 18 lpa for past few years however due to recession the package got reduced to around 16 lpa. Before recession the institute had a placement percentage over 90 % and currently even though recession persists the placement percent is well around 80% with more than 950+ offers made and the highest package standing at around 1.2 Cr. My plan is also to sit in the campus placements and take a job in company of electronics like Texas instruments or Nvidia

The center of attraction of MNNIT is its good placements. Students are eligible for placements from the 7th semester of engineering. A large number of companies do visit our campus to hire students. Students of our branch mostly prefer SDE domain jobs and few opt for core domain jobs of ECE and various analyst roles. Various companies visit our campus like Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Sprinkler, Nvidia, Cisco, PhonePay, SAP Labs, Palo Alto, Deutsche Bank, Citicorp, Salesforce, Qualcomm, Analog Devices, Texas Instruments, PwC, Deloitte and many companies whichever name comes in your head visit our campus. The average package last year(2023) was 20 LPA CTC, maximum package offerred was 1 crores, around 92 % students got placed of whole B.Tech batch. The placements had seen a decline in the year 2024 due to tight market conditions and recession in the IT industry. Around 65% students got placed this year with average package of 16 LPA with median salary of around 11 LPA.

The placement is excellent in comparison to other nits , when it comes to placement the college is superb , the average whopping of 17LPA and the highest is 1.3CPA I think it's the best nit in terms of placement
