The placement rate is average. It's like mid not bad nor that good. The pay is decent for freshers around 3-3.5 LPA. The student placement percentage would be around 60-70%. The major placements are mostly for MBA and Btech students and they have good salary too.
College classes are regularly join compulsory...if you not attend the college classes then you fill in fine... And exam semester in regular done...this college staff meeting in always after 1 week...this college staff very nice... and they clear all doubt in student...so no difficult in was to pass
Third semester onwards. They need to register by paying 3000 rupees Avengers package is 4 lakh per annum And the highest package is 8 lakh per annum We need to get 6.5 above gpa for placements eligibility
Out of 100 students , most of them will get placements through college only. Aa our college is under IPU , about 50%of PG seats are reserved .So,we will be very easily get selected for placements , but students who will study with efforts and knowledge will get good placements and salaries also
Directly by entrance exam

I completed BTech CSE from LPU back in 2016. You might say that LPU has changed since then, but I am still in touch with my juniors and here is my experience:
I am a BTech Mechanical graduate from LPU. Here is an honest review on the placement scenario at LPU (in engineering)-
The placement scenario is poor for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Few companies visit these departments for placements, and hire a maximum of 5-10 students in total. But if someone knows basic coding, they can sit for IT placements.
Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the CSE/IT departments for mass hiring. Very few core companies visit the ECE department for recruitments, so the students rely on IT companies. A mere 40/50 out of 1000 ECE students get hired by an Electronics company from the campus. The IT companies mass hire students at a CTC of around 3.5 LPA.
This is the engineering placement scenario at LPU.
Being a graduate from LPU, I found the campus life quite joyful as everyone in the university is supportive. I liked the following things about the University:
