Practical knowledge is excellent and student can get great opportunities to get jobs in any private jobs. Universities also provide separate extra course for facing competitive exams. Regarding examination point of view it's not satisfactory
Every course has placements. Grading system is followed here so more than 6.8- 7 graded students are allowed for these placements.packages are dependent on the student talent. Commonly package stats from 20 lacks and extended to 2-3 crores.
The placement scenario is not up to the mark, only a few reputed companies come to the university they do not offer a good package, The recent companies are HDFC they offered 3.64 LPA.

I completed BTech CSE from LPU back in 2016. You might say that LPU has changed since then, but I am still in touch with my juniors and here is my experience:
I am a BTech Mechanical graduate from LPU. Here is an honest review on the placement scenario at LPU (in engineering)-
The placement scenario is poor for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical. Few companies visit these departments for placements, and hire a maximum of 5-10 students in total. But if someone knows basic coding, they can sit for IT placements.
Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the CSE/IT departments for mass hiring. Very few core companies visit the ECE department for recruitments, so the students rely on IT companies. A mere 40/50 out of 1000 ECE students get hired by an Electronics company from the campus. The IT companies mass hire students at a CTC of around 3.5 LPA.
This is the engineering placement scenario at LPU.
Being a graduate from LPU, I found the campus life quite joyful as everyone in the university is supportive. I liked the following things about the University:
