- The placements in a college quite good because i would say like they were a lot of companies that was coming to our college like this.
- Teacher at chitkara are best they help u in every aspect they help you in research and also in projects
- The college also provides scholarships for scheduled castes and other backward classes even if you perform well in academics then you will definitely be awarded, which can be in any way.
Dislikes
- No scholarships are provided in this university for any of the stream here..... which is not good they should provied us with some good scholarship according to percentage.
- Fans , washrooms , windows , balcony , study table , beds , almirah food quality is very bad, health of students sometimes get deteriorated after eating their mess food through hostel site we did registration process and payments rajpura
- 5th semester im in 4th semester so dont know anything about placements from real experience but heard stuff so dont know if that works but till now everyone's just sad and scared if they'll get placements.

Things we are listening from collage the placement is good and if i dont get placement then i wiil do business with my dad business and create branches and expand a lot and also above 8 cgpa students get placements and nearly 80% students get placement

- Mess food matters some things are not much tasty
- The Campus size of college seems to be much small
- 2-3 areas are not well lighten up and no security

holding strong placement records in top companies like google, blinkit, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, IBM, HCL, Infosys, and many more..with a very good facility like this campus provides pre placement training like resume building mock interview and many skills training..

Placement Experience:
the placements are decent not too high not too low . No data in my knowledge regarding no. or offers or companies but highest package is i think 40lacs and average is 8lacs which is a good one for a private college.

- good curriculum as we will get to know about programming in the 1st sem itself
- Many events such as DJ night and comedy shows
- Teachers are approachable, you can ask and clear your doubts through mail or even contact number
Dislikes
- Campus Size might seem small to many of the students
- restrictions are way too many for every single thing
- Less Grounds which makes difficult to play team games especially cricket
Placement Experience:
I think from 3rd year onwards we are eligible for placements and the highest package has gone upto 40 lpa and more than 50% students were placed and the average is 7-8lpa which is good I believe , I am not aware about the no. of companies and offers made , my plan after degree is to get a good job which suits me the best.

- girls boys ratio is good (in my class there is good proportion of girls )
- there are lots of opportunities ( like if we have any startup idea we can work on it university also providing entrepreneur course to some selected students
- good social interactions and infrastructure is also good, also cleanliness and hygiene
Dislikes
- we need gate pass to come out from university before 3:30
- there are lots of things like school sometimes it doesn't seem we are in college
- there is no free periods if teacher is absent another teacher come
Placement Experience:
students can eligible for campus placements form 3rd year (5th sem ). there are lots of companies visited (infosys, Tcs, capgemini, tata motors , wipro etc. ) in 2023 82% students were placed acc. to NIRF data.
after the degree i will go for placements.

- minimum 75% attendance criteria in classes is very stress full
- busy and hectic time tables doesn't allows time for self learning
- college and class timings are very much that doesn't allows time for self skill development
Course Curriculum Overview:
In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness the course is overall good.
i decided to choose this course because the curriculum was very good and up to the mark.
The frequency and timings of exam is also very good and the difficulty level is also moderate

- The facilities are great and clean and easily accessible.
- The faculty is Friendly and understanding for the most part.

- The rules regarding leaving the university at the end of the day can be little lenient.
- The daily uniform us a but of a Joykill of the college life.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is great for the most things but some electonic subjectcs can be removed as i don't see it's use for a software engineering student and maybe add some more programming courses in a single language but overall they cover most topics needed in the industry throughout the 4 yrs.

- There are too many students in the campus.
- Some teachers do not understand teaching they are good in researh not in teaching.
- the lectures ares not that much engaging.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum is is desgined nicely but the lectures is bit boring. I choose this coures because i have grea interest in programing. They and make lectures bit more engaging. The difficulty of exams aren moderate and all are in campus(offline).

- How they offer services which are not just binded by our studies like the investment programme which offer money to startups if they meet the standards.
Dislikes
- Some teaching staff are just so old school and doesn't change with the Time.
- There is no freedom for leaving the university according to your will and you can only leave after 3:30 pm.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum changes regularly and is updated according to the industry trends and this is huge plus point and the course materials vary from easy to intermediate level.
They can just add some professional topics i guess to improve it further but overall I like how it is.

The placements in the college is very good enough, usually students become eligible from 5th semester for the campus placements which provide them good and handful experience for them. Companies like JP Morgan, Samsung, Capgemini, Infosys and etc. are among the ones which have came to college in recent times.

Chitkara University popularly known as CU can be reviewed on a set of parameters. The parameters range from academics to infrastructure and focus most importantly on placements provided in the last educational year.
- ACADEMICS
The university stands at a desirable position when it comes to academics. It caters to 13000 students. The student-faculty ratio is 1:6. Engineering is the best option as students not having an above-average JEE score can also land up at a good stream in the university. The university has reputed international collaborations with leading institutes across the globe. Some institutes are University Of Florida, U.S.A, Deakin University, Australia, etc.
- PLACEMENTS
Placements have been quite good in recent year in all the domains of the university, but engineering has been the major attractive domain. The percentage-wise division of placements is mentioned below:

There have been around more than 500 recruiters with 50 international offers. The highest package stands around Rs.31 LPA whereas the average is about Rs. 6 LPA. A number of startups were also being encouraged.
There have been more than 150 offers, which cater to the range above Rs. 10 LPA. The major recruiters are Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, IBM, Quick Heal, Bank of America, etc. Mechanical and civil engineering students also got offers from top players like JCB, Renault-Nissan, DLF, Lafarge, etc.
- FEES & ACCOMMODATION
Being a private university; CU charges a reasonable amount. The most preferred course B.E., a 4-year course stands around Rs. 7 lakh (accommodation included). The accommodation facilities are up to the mark with all proper resources.
- CAMPUS LIFE & SCHOLARSHIP
There is no such scholarship provided by the university, but it offers scholarships to achievers that scored good positions in JEE mains. Campus life is great offering good opportunities to explore the state and its culture.
