IFMR offers courses at undergraduate, integrated and doctoral levels in the fields of Management, Business Administration and Finance. MBA is the most popular program at IFMR Chennai. IFMR GSB Admission 2026
IFMR GSB admissions are ongoing for the MBA and BBA programs. MBA Admissions are conducted based on the scores in CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/GRE/NMAT, followed by a personal interview round. Students who have qualified GATE or IIIT JAM are also eligible to apply for MBA admissions. Applicants with work experience of 12 months or more in the relevant area will receive extra weightage during admissions. During the application, an application fee of INR 1,500 has to be paid online by MBA applicants.
Special provisions of applying without a qualifying score in the mentioned competitive exam are allowed for MBA applicants ranking in the top 20 in their UG program. Additionally, they must have graduated from a NIRF-recognised top university.

- T Thomas Scholarships for Business Leaders: Provided by HUL, this scholarship, worth INR 1 Lac, is given to the second-year students of the outgoing batch.
- Merit-cum-Means Scholarships: The eligibility includes a Minimum CGPA of 3.50 at the end of the first year & an annual family income of less than INR 10 Lakhs. Students are eligible for a scholarship amount up to INR 2.50 lakh.

You can apply for the Institutes, however, if you haven’t appeared for any entrance test, you need not mention it. However, before admission, you have to appear for CMAT/CAT and then convert to the B school.
There are various campus facilities offered by the IFMR GSB. Some facilities are a wi-fi campus, ATM, a health center, air-conditioned hostel rooms, laundromat, fitness studio, student lounge, student hub with indoor games, convenience store, snack vending machine, unisex salon, Coffee shop, 4 bedded Medical center, and more.
