The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

An overall review of my college

Likes

Clean and big libraries with wifi-connectivity and a lot of books in each books category
Wifi-connectivity all over the campus and is especially strong in the college buildings
Clean and green big campus, with within campus transport and good hostel facilites

Dislikes

Long procedure for each document to be processed and approved in college
Poor drainage facility which leads to water blockage in monsoon
Semester durations are quite short and need to be lengthened a little

Placement Experience:

Some students can get start getting internships offers from 5th semester and most of the students can get starts getting offers since the end og 6th semester. There almost more than 910+ companies that visit the campus with various offers which can be from new Startups to MNCs. Highest package offered was around 2 crore pa and the least being 5 lpa and average being 10-12 lpa. 70-80% students can get placed from the TPP(training and placement program) provided by the college by the end of 8th semester. I plan to get a job as a java developer at first proceed towards a carrier in cybersecurity.

Overview of studying in Chandigarh university

Likes

The things that i like in my college is the infrastructure which is beautiful
The second thing that i like is the helping nature of teachers
And opportunities which this college provides for internships is amazing

Dislikes

The attendance criteria of this college is something that i dont like
The timing of the classes is too much from 9:30 to 4:20
The management of the college is quiet bad

Placement Experience:

If we talk about the management courses and engineering courses then the college is providing decent placements most of the students get decent of placements and some get high package Mostly students become elegible for placement in their 2nd last year of their course Other employment options after ballb is many government exams and practice advocate

Likes

Campus is very good and wide diversity is seen in the campus.
The teachers are also well supportive and very good.
There are several departments of co curricular activities

Dislikes

Placement opportunities are not at that great compared to other institutions
There are some MNC's which have a minimum cgpa criteria
Hostels are not that great and mess food is below average

Placement Experience:

There are more off campus placements than the on campus placements.Off campus a student if is having any internship from the 3rd year.He/she has more opportunities than on campus placements drives.Hence one should stand on their own

Things I liked about this college is that their faculty members are very helpful and cooperative in nature and treat each and every student equally second thing is that they include academics with co curricular activities and their security is good

Dislikes

The dislike ones are they tell their students about the assignments and presentation very late and at that time when students are having their examination

Chandigarh University provide the campus placement really well. They can also conduct the different types of classes for placement process. How does the interview takes the companies. They really prepare the students.

About Chandigarh University

Likes

Teachers are very polite and helpfull and give full guideance
Infrastructure of outside buildings are good.
Cultural activities happens a lot in the college.

Dislikes

The Lab infrastructure is not good as much
Hattic timetable . in 1st sem there is full classes from 9.30 to 3.30

Course Curriculum Overview:

Basically in my course there are aws related courses which are wellen good for the job . I think there should be more pratical in the course so that we can get more pratical knwledge about the course

Likes

The infrastructure in the college is almost same of international level
There are students for each corner of the world which allow you to learn about various religion and culture
The faculty of the Chandigarh University is very friendly which makes us easy for students to clarify their doubts

Dislikes

The structure of course is improper there is no proper sequence of syllabus
The basics teaching of any subject is not that good enough and student face doubts in improving their basics

The placement of Chandigarh University is increasing day by day it provides you the opportunity to have a bright future. From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements There are multiple company is that visit the college regularly for recruitment. Like relations, Amazon, TCS, Infosys, MRF etc. The average package that is offered to students is around 5 to 6 lakhs and the highest package ranges from 40 - 50 lakh

We are given Scholarship criteria while taking admssion
We have Relative marking for every semester
All teachers are PHD holders or pursuing PHD

Dislikes

Marking system of graded subjects is not good
Fees is not affordable by most of the parents
no lienancy given if fees is submitted after deadline, fine is imposed 5% of remainig amount

Course Curriculum Overview:

In Chandigarh University B.tech is not available only BE is available in which more focus or importance is given to theoretical part rather than practical part. There is less hands-on practice on our essentials for course. So it's less interestive for most of the students. They are completing all the curriculum things for the sake of good CGPA.

Likes

I like the teacher of chandigarh University are familiar to all student
The campus was too large so we can easliy explore things
Every department has there own building and sperate fees structure

Dislikes

But some teacher are not familiar if uhh are late 5 min in class you mark ansent
The campus was large it okk but if you choose bba your department was 2 km from the hostel its bad
When paper was start university organise functions it was bad thing

Course Curriculum Overview:

We choose the course for the reason because after some time the AI was in trend so i will coose the AIML. After completing my 12th exam i will start study about languages and other . The best is you can go to centre and learn the languages for better. The exam time i will study night before the exam.

Freshers experience in CU

Likes

There is good girls to boys ratio. I mean there is good balance between them.
The environment is also very good and creative in the campus.
You'll have lots of opportunities to define or inhance your skills through events.

Dislikes

The teaching method is quite common and need to be improved.
The attendance structure, i haven't understand it yet. It sucks.
And the north campus if this college is quite far from the main university campus.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placements. Amazon Highest package is 35 lpa and average is 6 lpa. Around 40 to 60 percent of students are getting placement. Doing the job for the experience and later apply for abroad for a job.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
