Chandigarh university honest review

The course is pretty comprehensive in the fact that they are able to complete a specialisation in 2 semester that too offering 4 diffrence specialisation too choose from. They work on fundamentals in the first 2 sems and really focus on specialisation in 3rd and 4th The exam frequency is alright we get mid sems in 2 months from the start of a sem, assignments every week and semester exams after 4.5 months.

I got an internship outside of campus though i have several friends who got internship through the college portal which later turned to a full time jobs as they were offered by the company they interned with. Also the college was pretty chill about us interning and working while working full time amd gave flexible viva and assignments dates.

Early fee structure is around 60000 inr it is affordable and provides quality education. 60000 included everything down to the tuition, registration etc and everything. As far as I am concerned i am from an unreserved category so no compensation in terms of fees for me.

Well we do have hackathons which are very important for btech, bca,mca students as far as they are considered which happens twice a year and the competition is also very nice and the organising of the whole event was really good. The library is pretty big and have got 99% of the books we require, we can get issued for free.

The admission process was seamless, good city, good alumni base. The companies which arrive for placements are very good even though this being a private college and the fees being this reasonable. Admission process is cuet and direct admission.

Faculty to student ration is about 30 to 1. Faculties are very approachable and kind and really helpful in telling us real life uses of our education as my degree is a technical degree which requires us to have a great level of real life reference to education

We have a gym in hostel, library in college and pretty good public area which is clean. Hostel timings are diffrent for each hostels though i never lived in one. The college cafetaria is a hangout place with the college ground being a major meeting point Locality is pretty safe and very there are very nice restaurants and cafes nearby to chill.( a bit expensive for my taste)
