KCL Institute of Management and Technology (KCLIMT) was established in the year of 2010 under the Khalsa College Lyallpur Educational Charitable Trust. It is approved by the Punjab Government. The aim of the college is to provide self-employability skills, training and knowledge which is compatible to the industry and academic needs in the field of management and information technology.

The college offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) courses for students. It also provides state of the art facilities like Classrooms, Computer Labs, Computer Center, Seminar Room, Auditorium, Cafeteria, and Library.

competitive environment amoung students through differents events and functions

Dislikes

lack of recognition outside doaba region or outside the state because the college is small and is not popular

Admission:

I only applied to this college because of its fee structure and this college was near and it was easy to attend the college. The Admission opens from September to October every year if you are a student who is eligible for the scholarship you should try to get admission as early as possible because there is a limited quota for reservation-based scholarships which is filled easily. As per the exam, the college doesn't require any exam for admission for any course students just have to qualify for the minimum requirements which are needed for the course like educational background, age, etc.

placements are good companies visited are all mass recruiter so most of the student placed with good package at starting college also provide incampus placement. college also provide CRT classes by time institue which help us in training and placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

Here we use to have a semester system, thus, for 2 years our course was divided into 4 semesters. And each semester I learned different subjects and which were directly linked to the management and professional subjects. Also, I opted for Marketing and operational management as my optional subjects in the 3rd and 4th semesters.

Admission:

one of the best college in punjab but only thing is its very small college and placement is not that good one have to go to open campus placement and try their luck for the better placement otherwise package will be less
