Remarks

Good:- Infrastructure, location, Management, administration, co- curriculum activities, Events, Labs, Industrial visits, Admission process is easier. All facility members are cooperative. College is at good location. 300 meters from Ambala expressway.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had bachelors in BCA so I preferred MCA over MCA. Systematic studies i.e. separate staff for separate subjects as well as courses. All faculty members are well qualified. The method of teaching is very pleasant. Exams are conducted on time .

Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience

From the last year of course students become eligible for campus placement. Tech Mahindra, Infosys etc. Companies visit to college. The average package offered by them is 1,20000 /annum and the highest package depends upon the experience .For freshers the highest package is up to 5L / annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fee hike policy till my candidature. All the study materials are available in library. All the top multi national companies are collaborated with the college. Like Infosys, TCS, IBM, Tech Mahindra etc.

Campus Life

Sports festival is conducted every year. In the starting of year i.e. January and February. All books and journals are available in library . Projectors are used in class for teaching process. Besides projectors white boards are also used.

The life of a middle class student in a high profile college.

Placement Experience:

For campus placements college dont have any class. I vistited companies like BMW but they rejected me beacuse of my less knowledge. As college claims you get the packages of 10to 15 lachs higest and average package is 4to5 lakhs . The percentage you required is 75%. I am going to UK after i get this degree and then i am going to do data science there.

A journey towards my dreams

Placement Experience:

A placement facility is provided by the college. There are special classes for students so that they get prepared for the placement drives and interviews. Eligibility criteria are different for different companies, the minimum is 60%. Various companies like Amazon, and Wipro visited our campus and the package is based on the companies. The average package is 4-5 lpa.

Firstly, I applied for Chitkara University but the seats are full , So, then I take step to be a part of sri sukhmani institue of engineering college, Derabassi. I go to visit the college on 22th of July 2016. I have listen alot about this college so I decided to take admission. My classes started from 5th July 2016. First 2 semester its all good, timely classes, timely practicals, but after 1-year teachers were not focused on students, not taking classes properly. As I opt for CSE, only c and c++ programming language practice is done in college no other programming language focuses in college. And one major cons about this college, if you not submit the next semester fees before the presently semester exams then you should not be allowed to sit in the exam which I thought the worst. After 5th semester I take nonattending from the college and go to the institute to learn the higher programming language as in college they not taking classes of that....Read More
