The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.

Dislikes

The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Chandigarh University and Academic life.

Likes

Infrastructure is so good and totally perfect for students
Talking about social interaction, it is a obvious thing as a student to get a lot of exposure and here you will get chance to meet new people everyday.
Expertise of faculty is amazing and the way faculty engages with students is very effective.

Dislikes

Some time there is no sync between different operational and academic departement and this thing needs to be resolved.
Very far away from Chandigarh it should be near by Chandigarh or Mohali so students would have felt reliable and relaxed.
I think the auto stand which outside chandigarh university should be managed in effective way university should collaborate with government or general public who look over the auto services and can improve the transport transition in effective manner

Placement Experience:

Placements are efective enough a lot of companies are coming indian origing big brands and MNC's and even students are getiing placed college is also providing training classes which are suppose to help students to crack interview of companies.

Likes

I like the unity of our people in college because whenever we are there in midst of some crucial decision which can break the bond between people we understand the importance of that decision and handle that maturily rather unanimously.
Secknd thing would be the respect between seniors and junior we alll think as brother and sisters in college.
The cultural diversity in our college also fascinates me because we can learn about new things.

Dislikes

I have some complaints about the infrastructure of our college that should be taken care if.
Rules are very strict in our college we are suppose to wear our uniform as if we are in school still.
We dont have a student council that i think we should have .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a law student and aspects such as public speaking, problem solving, moot courts, influenced me to choose this course. The curriculum that we have in college plays a pivotal role in real life work because we have the practical skills that we require which can help us in our future pursuits.

Chandigarh university’s HONEST review

Likes

It’s infrastructure from outside is good and teaching staff is also good
The shops for eating have so many varieties
They hold mang events which keeps us entertained

Dislikes

They didn’t turned on the ac in summer for at least 1 month
Food for hostel is not good. They made it tastier in starting but later on it was trash
They are too strict for attendance and marks

Placement Experience:

They offer 100% package placement but for good packages we have to do hardwork more than anyone else not only hardwork but smartwork they do offer placements and internships from 3rd year ( 6th semester)

Good and bad of chandigarh university.

Likes

L like college infrastructure especially d block in chandigarh university.
I also liked the faculty teaching methods and they are very supportive.
There are many cultural event within the university there are also sporting events.

Dislikes

I don't like the timings of the college like its 9:30 am to 4:20 pm
There are many students in bachelors of engineering so competition also increased
I dont like that university name is chandigarh university although it is not in chandigarh its 20 kilometers away from chandigarh.

Placements are good in this college in this college previous year average package was 9 lakhs 50 thousand and highest package was 60 lakhs but in this college number of students are very high so competition also increases.

campus placements are good. Only if you score good
Premium college, with great infrastructure
fees are minimal, with the rest of the college in punjab

Dislikes

faculty are not that great, you will lack the career support
nothing to dislike as all the staffs are very cooperative

Course Curriculum Overview:

The NIRF ranking is very good for CU and campus placement record is also very good for CU, so i have the CUCET to get the admission and they also accept CAT and other exam score, their teaching method is is okay you will get your classes assigned regularly with practical and theory lessons.

Faculty is good and friendly by the way ... Controller is also good
Professors are best ... teaching way is also good...
You will face some syllabus issues but it will okay no problem there

Nothing to dislike here everything is good
Syllabus should be improved,, ontime syllabus compelition
Rest everything is good nothing about to dislike

Course curriculum is overall good..not so hard everything continues according to semester wise...yes some syllabus will be hard but this will teach you something better in this competitive era..rest all you have to do your own

The unfiltered life of Chandigarh university.

Likes

The faculties here are very good and qualifies, they put their all efforts help from assignment to project.
Placement cell here very active means if you are scoring well and have good skills you can get placement from here.
Infrastructure is great here, the libraries and labs are well equipped .

Dislikes

There are lots of admission here so you will have to very good to get placed.
Attendance criteria is very strict you need to maintain 75% , even if you are 0.1% less than 75% then you will not gonna be allowed to seat in exam.
Rules are very strict here from classroom to Hostel.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students are eligible for the campus placement here and need to maintain their score 7.5 CGPA to get better opportunity for different company. Some of the companies who visits and give placement here are Amazon , Microsoft , Adobe ,Mahendra , TCS , Accenture etc are well known here.They offered average of 4 lpa to highest 50 lpa. Even students also craked very good placement from by offcampus with upto 60 lpa.

For the last year the students are eligible for the.placements There are more than 900 companies that come here for the placement. Placements are just if you will work hard you will get otherwise not. I will be continuing with the job.

Campus ,infrastructure , staff and labs
Teachers are very polite and coperative
Many events are taking place in college every day

Dislikes

College are hours are same as of a school
Classes are very far so you have to walk too much
Mess food is not at all good and menu of mess is also not good

Students become eligible for placements from 6th semester onwards. Name of some Companies who visit here for placements are google , amazon, flipkart, tech mahindra , cousera, ib mand many more. About 60percent of students get place here.

The Wonderers of the backup college to just take off ur wallets

Girls of the college are really butifull
The one library of the university is better
The fountain park is really awesome and heartwarming

Dislikes

they don't allow to brin food in library
The teachers won't allow u to use laptops in classroom
the teacher don't know how to teach students. lack of knowledge in most of teachers

Placement Experience:

The placements are good as per the knowledge the students carry around in today's colleges around 1000 people gets the placements and there is also mass hiring offcourse so it is ok some of my friends get good packages too

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:

Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
