Review of my life in Chandigarh University

i liked computer science and wanted to study it further. i also studied cs in school so it was quite obvi for me to take cs. the ciriculum tells you about the basic and helps you so you can study it further on your own. the courses should be more practical based rather than theoriticall. the exam happens in once a month and the are easy if you study well

TCS Company Come very often to give or provide internship. Usually the stipend is 1 lpa. The company offers a role of software developer under trainee. Many other companies also come and offer a good internship opportunity And few doesn't offers stipend. They give you projects which you complete. And if they like your work, they even Offer you a job. All over Chandigarh University welcomes many internship opportunities

students become eligible for placement in 6th sem. the companies like google and walmart and TCS come to this college and they make good offers but for less student. the company that comes offers a maximum of 30LPA and minimum of 3LPA. they offer JDs like developer, data scientest, etc. the students who gets placed have percentage varying from 7CGPA to 10CGPA. i plan to take placement in 7th sem in a good company.

The per semester fees is 106000, 2500 Examination fees. The hostel fees is 1 LPA. This fees for the students of general CSE who joined in year 2022. The specilization has more fees and the fees increases every year for hostel and semester. There is scholarship facility in which you can avail upto 100% scholarship for semester fees. Youn can also play sports and if you win tournements for college you get 100%scholarship in both hostel and semester fees for that year.

they are many events going on in the campus. in every two month there is atlest one big event. all festivals are made deligantly, the library has many bools and you can also request for a book. but the library is not 24/7. every class has one projector. many classes has charging port beside each bench. sports id quite recognised in the university and you can achive many big things.

In classes there are many good facilities like charging port beside your desk. Every class has a projector. They're even AC in classrooms The food quality of mass is decent On Sundays, there is always chole bhatura in morning You can register for hostel on online portal When I joined the hostel, fees was 1 lpa but now it is 1.2 lpa. If you want, you can rent a P C or hostel near college. The locality would depend on the area you live. Though there are many good places near the college

i choose this college because i needed a second chance to omprove myself and wanted live away from home in hostel. i didnt apply to other colleges. to take admission you need to go on their online portal and take exam and confirm your seat. this can all happen from online portal. there i s a CUSET exam where you can score good and avail scholarship.

The faculty are quite mixed. can not say all faculty good or bad. its your luck to get a good faculty. there is one faculty for 70 students in a lecture subject and one faculty for 35 students in lab subjects. the overall faculty is good towards students. the best faculty i got was garima gautam. she was kind and always helped in studies. she make good relations with students. there are 2 mid sem exams and one final exam which are easy if you study syllabus.

gyms are available in every hostel the timings are 6 for morning and 4:30 in evening both for 2.5 hrs. the campus is open till 11pm starting from 5 pm. the cafeteries are closed at 10. the most famous hangout place of the college is water fountain park. the whole campus is safe to roam
