Likes
- The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
- I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
- I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.
Dislikes
- The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
- Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
- The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

Course Curriculum Overview:
I had interest in botany, mainly plants how to grow them.
Well the curriculum was good but needed improvement.
In placements there should be improvements and more field study was needed
The frequency was good and they were not that much tough except soil science

- First thing was it was a great experience to study in this pretty lovely university as its campus is lush green. very neat and clean campus. chandigarh university is one of the most clean and vast university in punjab so yeah its pretty amazing. love
- chandigarh university have many linked food chains that are quite famous yet friendly and so yummy food i must say its available everytime you want it even though their is delivery facility too for the hostel students in hostel at late night so easy
- Chandigarh University conducts many concerts of famous actors and actresses. they also do a quite good and expensive concerts with the singers and also the movie promotions which allows students enjoy a lot a lot alot. its a great chance to meet em..
Dislikes
- the thing was about hostel they allow boys to roam around everytime anywhere but for girls its like a restriction for every girl so that was a minus point about the hostellers and wardens were also kind of rude they dont treat the students well......
- sometimes you really want to participate but you cant get in
- Everywhere couples are either kissing or making out which makes you uncomfortable a lil

when we talk about the teaching methods and teaching outcomes it was really amazing the way teachers teach us in a fun and learning manners. even we were the online classes vala batch so they made our online classes so interactive and great that really helped us

- many students are there in the college campus

the placements in the college are quite good , but one need to be consistent throughout the four years to get placement , the college brings a lot of companies in the campus and you can get a lot of opportunities throughout the four years. Student have to work very hard to get placement.

- University environment infrastructure and facility provided by the University.
- I like University fests like fresher party, orientation program, Chandigarh University fest also known as CU fest, 9XM Tashan night etc
Dislikes
- The paper work of Chandigarh University is too much lengthy
- You have to be very specific towards credit course known as general proficiency
Placement Experience:
The eligibility criteria for getting the placement is you must have attendance of more than 75% and have a good CGPA in your academics.
From the final year are from the 5th semester we are eligible to get the campus placement sum of the companies of biotech department for placements are IKS Infotech Lal path lab etc comes for placement program.
Highest package in biotech b.sc was of 640000 and lowest was 2 lakhs .
Most of the student do not take placement after BSc because they want to go for the highest studies like to do MSc.
And I am also studying in MSC after my completion of b.sc.

- Accommodations. Our hostels provide basic facilities
- Library. The Library is highly attractive and built luxurily
- Campus. There campus is very vibrant and maintained
Dislikes
- Students. Maximum aren't Studious and ambitious. They just waste time
- Way of clothing of girls. Girls try to expose their bodies for attention, Guys get distracted towards them. And due to these girls, university have to be very strict. And it makes it all suffocating
- Over strict rules of girls hostels. Our female classmates can't even sit at library till 7pm because they have to go back for attendance at hostels before 7:30. While guys can access libraries till 10:00 PM

The placements are just average. Companies come everyday or everyweek. Placement drive keeps running all time. Packages above 10 LPA have very very high competition.
Courses have everything to crack a good package off campus. But students aren't studious they don't know anything they just blame the university

- Things i like about my college is the campus life. Here the campus is very big, 250 acres.
- The fest happening at my university are also very nice. Many top stars are invited to the university
Dislikes
- There is nothing to dislike but the attendance criteria is something most students don't like.
Placement Experience:
Here the average package is 8lpa. Students start to get placements in their 5th semester. Microsoft, accenture, infosis, ibm etc are the companies which often visits for placement. University also guides the student for higher studies such as MBA and mtech etc. It provides guidance through dcpd, a department of career planning in our college

- College staff are highly experienced and there are some proffsor who have industrial knowledge as well
- Good sports activity organised by the college which give student to show case there talent
- I learned about stock market that extra class organised by the CU

- College placement percentage was very less
- Top companies not take participate in college drive in CU
- Staff getting change quickly that affect the study

From 3rd semester end you will start getting the campus placmenet , i also got placed in 3rd semester end.
Company visited was, Delloite, ICICI Bank,HDFC Bank,IDFC Bank etc
Highest - 6 lac and average - 3.5 lac
60% student get placed

- Infrastructure and scholarships provided by them are astonishing
- The study pattern is same like the universities abroad
- The facilities there are top notch and the cleanliness and hygiene there is mind blowing
Dislikes
- Too much strictness with school like feeling

I chose this university because of the exposure they're providing and the tests they give plus the scholarships are amazing and the curriculum prepares you for the industry with top notch learning opportunities but on the other hand teachers need to work a bit on their delivery skills

- Clean and big libraries with wifi-connectivity and a lot of books in each books category
- Wifi-connectivity all over the campus and is especially strong in the college buildings
- Clean and green big campus, with within campus transport and good hostel facilites
Dislikes
- Long procedure for each document to be processed and approved in college
- Poor drainage facility which leads to water blockage in monsoon
- Semester durations are quite short and need to be lengthened a little
Placement Experience:
Some students can get start getting internships offers from 5th semester and most of the students can get starts getting offers since the end og 6th semester.
There almost more than 910+ companies that visit the campus with various offers which can be from new Startups to MNCs.
Highest package offered was around 2 crore pa and the least being 5 lpa and average being 10-12 lpa.
70-80% students can get placed from the TPP(training and placement program) provided by the college by the end of 8th semester.
I plan to get a job as a java developer at first proceed towards a carrier in cybersecurity.

- The things that i like in my college is the infrastructure which is beautiful
- The second thing that i like is the helping nature of teachers
- And opportunities which this college provides for internships is amazing
Dislikes
- The attendance criteria of this college is something that i dont like
- The timing of the classes is too much from 9:30 to 4:20
- The management of the college is quiet bad

If we talk about the management courses and engineering courses then the college is providing decent placements most of the students get decent of placements and some get high package
Mostly students become elegible for placement in their 2nd last year of their course
Other employment options after ballb is many government exams and practice advocate

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:
- Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
- A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
- Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
- The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
- As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
