- The faculty student ratio good learning experience good teaching and mentorship good good teachers and good environment knowledge so much in teachers good all are good very good so positive environment
- I personally benefited from the "merit excellence scholarship" and also secured an on-campus job as a research assistant with a stipend, providing valuable financial support during my studies.
- I am confident that i will be able to find a good job after graduation, thanks to the strong relationships that my university has with top companies.
Dislikes
- The faculty is not that good. like the teacher i'm provided with are not that good
- Scholarships they have this crazy deal there, if you get detained in 1st year in any subject, or reappear in any subject, your scholarship will be gone.
- The placement of my college is growing but is not quite good right now

- The most loveable thing is that CU culture is so diverse, students come from different states but there is very less language problem , students are very cooperative and having helping nature.
- Campus is large and clean with lots of beautiful plants and trees along with sitting place like parks , cafes and here is the place where I enjoyed a lot
- Each block has library you can go anywhere you want to go in any block.
Dislikes
- Worst thing is people of this area like in pg they charge high amount from students and mess or tiffin services are on peak , they are so rude.
- They boast that the campus is smoke free. But u will find students smoking just 50 metre away from the campus.There is a shop where all the smokers group assemble daily.
- Mess food is so unhygienic they only have character for earning from students but not with their good services, mostly are so rude

Chandigarh University (CU) has a good placement record, with students securing offers from well-known national and international companies.In 2023, the average package offered at CU was INR 9.54 LPA. Over 900 top MNCs participated in the 2023-2024 placement process. Some of the companies that have recruited students from CU include Amazon, Microsoft, Google, SAP Labs, VMWare, HP, Deloitte, Cognizant, and more. The placement scenario at Chandigarh University is quite good depending upon the capabilities of an individual. Chandigarh University is best for placements that's why Chandigarh university is also known as a university with the best placements.

- The campus is really big, greeny and beautiful. If your are looking for an amazing campus environment then it is a good go for you.
- University really provides various opportunities to their students by organinzing various hackathons, cultural activities, concerts, etc time by time.
- the campus life is really very amazing. u can even encounter various movies shooting in the campus time to time.
Dislikes
- The teaching staff is very bad. The university doesn't check their qualification and allot any subject to any teacher without their prior knowledge in that field.
- The intake in CSE is so large that in 2020 the university had taken about 15 thousand student in CSE alone. The university only cares about money, nothing else matters for them.
- The placement record is totally scam. In 3rd year the college will seggregate students into 2 batches, TPP or Non-TPP. In order to sit in placement, one needs to join TPP batch by paying extra fees which they doesn't mention during admission,
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course curriculum: out of 5 stars, i would like to give 3 stars, because the syllabus they added doesn't have proper knowledge. Talking about engineering, one needs to focus on their practical skills but the college only focuses on theoritical knowledge. I know many students who doesn't even know how to print "Hello World!" till their graduation. but the college doesn't seems to be bothered about this, they just wants money that's it. the exam periods are organized 3 times during a semester, each in every 2 months.

- the faculty is really punctual and the polite and understands the students perspective too
- the campus infrastructure is just magnificient it's around 250 acres the south campus is really just breathtaking and advanced
- library is available at each block and the main library is at D6
Dislikes
- the old blocks lack the proper infrastructure and the lifts are not available for students
- the library closes at 10pm on regular days and on 4:30 pm on sunday it should be open 24 and 7
- girls hostel lacks the availablity of lifts

Placement Experience:
well placements are significantly less on comparing to the strength of the students . to avail on campus placements students are required to join TPP which costs 15000 in students are eligible for on-campus placements in their third year so if the required condintions are fullfiled in the TPP like the 7.5 cgpa and no detainment , no back atleast above 70%in 10th and 12th board along with a nice resume so it's most liked that you'll be placed on. Off campus placements which comes under NTPP and the average package of cu is like 750000lpa but the highest are 1.7cr pa and 54lpa , many top tier companies visit CU like IBM, microsoft and amazon etc

- Facing attendance issues cuz of some cruel faculties
- Hostel mess food quality not improving at all
- The hectic tume table for all the btech students
Course Curriculum Overview:
The time table scheduled for btech students is very strict more for the specialization some subjects are not even worth for giving stress but its all about the credits then the frequency between the exams and lab practicals is less all things go really quick along with the wvents them provinding summer term and winter term training

- The campus is awesome I like it very much, according to other universities
- Teaching is also good as expected to other universities as studied
- Faculty is well, educated, and teaches very good

- Nothing that disappoints me about my college
- Sometimes the staff is rude to us due to their own problems
- The food of the campus is not as expected

the curriculum doesn't provide strong foundation in mathematics science and fundamental engineering principles, which are very essential for any technical career hands on learning through labs workshop and project helps in understanding more

Final year u can get any placememt according to your knowledge no studenr get without placement from thi university. Recently zomato, paytm, microsoft reach for placements. Tht final cut off of placemnet is 88%.after degrre i want to go USA for furture study

- The people and faculty I encountered are great and supportive
- Campus and infra is great with all facilities for sports as well
- The hostel-mess food is actually decent in comparison to other colleges
Dislikes
- The technologies being taught are slightly outdated
- The girls to boys ratio is unequal and placements are biased towards diversity hiring
- The teaching methods basically consist of just power-point slides
Placement Experience:
The students become eligible for placements once the 6th semester has begun, they provide DCPD training to get us ready for interviews and initial rounds for the organization. Over 50 companies have visited the campus in over last 2 semesters and over 1200 students have been already placed. The highest package would be Morgan Stanley at 25lakh per annum. Companies like WNS, PlaySimple, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini, WatchGuard, Emulus, PwC and cummins have visited.
My plans after college are to firstly get a placement gain some work experience and pursue masters from an European country

- The curriculum built and mapping is perfectly done keeping in mind the future accomplishments of the field
- The best part about the university is its campus and its atmosphere fun yet disciplined the teachers are cooperative yet well versed with the subject matters.
- The security is top notch and the fun engagement for the students is always there so it is not all about the studies but in a nutshell CU is a complete package
Dislikes
- The security guards are rude sometimes it becomes hard to deal with them because they are elderly
- Some teachers are not understanding when it comes to attendance and they just rush to complete the syllabus.
- The processing of certain things take time and sometimes the administration is a little layback
Placement Experience:
5th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Good companies did visit the campus and primarily pharmaceuticals and medical scribing were there due to which I did not take a placement because I wasn't interested but for the people who were placements were great also the employability is pretty high in this field.

- The infrastructure was really great and the campus was well maintained along with all the necessary facilities like Medical, Banking, ATM, etc
- There were students were all the states and from many other countries, the cultural diversity was high
- The faculties were very supportive and well informed. They were very professional and friendly.
Dislikes
- The labs were not up to the mark and many things were missing or empty. There was not ample stock.
- The grievance system was poor. The management did not listen to the students.
Placement Experience:
Campus placements were not very good and the companies did not hire for the course that we did but for other fields like sales, recruitment and other industries. There was no help in the campus placements from the college.

In my opinion, Chandigarh University is superior to other universities for the following reasons:
- Chandigarh University is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It is among India's top 5% institutions with NAAC A+ ratings. It holds the membership of ICAR, IAU, ACU, IEEE, ASME, ACS, and IUCEE. Further, BCI, AIU, PCI, COA, NCTE, CSI & NCHMCT approve the university.
- A total of 200 courses are offered at Chandigarh University with unbeatable ROI.
- Apart from CUCET, the university also offers admission based on national-level entrance examination scores like JEE-Mains, NATA, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ CMAT etc.
- The university also offers open & distance learning through CUIDOL and online courses.
- As per the latest placement statistics, Chandigarh University Highest International Package stands at INR 1.7 CPA seized by a B.Tech CSE-IBM Information Security student with a US-based company whereas the highest national package stood at INR 54.75 LPA.
