Scholarship like post-matric scholarship, e-medhbruti, kalia scholarship etc are available.
Teachers are well, good and caring. they make us feel like a school.
I like many things in my college. our class room is awesome . i do like very much.. our library is such a good library.

Dislikes

I don't like many things in college. Such worse environment in our college. Always people try to quarrel in with us.
Food of the canteen is very bad also not a single shop is in the 125acres of campus
There is always problem on water and electricity

The Most Amazing thing here is the Academics
College faculties are well qualified and they are very helping
The Campus is ragging free and also very friendly to beginners

Dislikes

Obviously the mess food quality and the cleanliness in mess
Not a well maintained campus and small campus
Placement here is also not up to the mark

Placement Experience:

Placement of our college is decent as a private 3rd tier college, but placement is decreasing year by year and the number of students are increasing rapidly. The highest placement from this college is about 12lpa in Byjus .

Placement Experience:

From 7th or 8th sem students are eligible for campus placements. The companies visited are wipro,tcs and many others like this. Percentage require for getting placement is average of 8.75 My plans after getting the degree is secret.

Faculty - It had the top-notch faculty graduated with Masters in the relevant subjects.
Strict policy against ragging and other forms of harrassment.
Infrastructure like libraries were well-equipped with course materials, and reading rooms.

Dislikes

Infrastructure like washrooms were not very clean, or unavailability of ramps for the physically challenged, the classrooms were not technologically equipped

Placement Experience:

The placement guarantee of the college is truly delivered. The average placement rate per year is 99% and I could really see that. Nearly everyone in my batch had been placed with on-campus offers, with average salary 5 LPA.

A Balanced Blend of Learning, Growth and Campus Life at CVRGU

Faculty & Teaching quality , Most faculty member were knowledgeable and supportive
Campus Life: The campus are very vibrant with the event like technical fests, cultural program and hackathons
Infrastructure: The auditorium, cafeteria, sports grounds

Dislikes

Hostel food could be more varied and betterquality
Administrative processes were slow example approval or document work too longer than needed

Placement Experience:

Placement start from 6th semester with company like Cognizant , Acccenture, Capgemini, Cisc0 and many more visiting the campus. The average package is around 3.6-4.5 lpa and highest goes to 15-17 lpa. Around 80-90% of student get placed.

A first year student's view

Likes

They have active clubs where you can play chess carrom according to your preference
You get plenty of holiday. Every Saturdays and sundays off
Some teachers are really nice. Especially the seniors are very nice so there's no ragging

Dislikes

They try to complete 6 month course within 3 months
Their examination department is really poor. You get average marks
You would not be guided properly and they have a very strict atmosphere

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester you are eligible for campus placements. Companies that visited our college are cognizant, amazon, google, tcs, accenture etc. Highest offer was made of 65 lakhs and a good number of students get placed. My plan is to get placed in a company with good salary once i get my degree

My Journey To The College - What Worked & What didn't

Likes

Campus environment - Greenery all around , size wise moderate .
Most of the faculties are cooperative and helpfull.
there are so many clubs that you can participate starting from research club to cultural clubs.

Dislikes

Placement and internship Opportunities are decent .
sports facility is reasonable need improvements
apart from the faculties all other departments like admission cell , account section are not cooperative.

Placement Experience:

After the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. Mostly companies come in the 7th sem. Companies like TCS, Infosys, LTIMindtree have visited and around 300, 100,80 students got selected respectively. The average package is around 4 lakh. 60 percent of students get placed .

Placement record is always good from beginning. All IT tech majors queue during placement sessions. Now a days Big4 also recruiting from the campus. If someone missed, they have strong comptence and capability to crack any interviews any where - that kind of preparedness is there

All course are offered in low cost and humble all staff
Good facility in hostel boys and girls ..
All facilities are there available in the College

Dislikes

There are no any state or dist sports event
Library open but not received all types of study book
If on our college have a indoor game facility it will be more better

I have an arts student and I have completed my plus 2 also in a government college. So I chose in graduation arts and want to be a teacher and prepare for bed after graduation. In future, I want to teach students.

Academics of college is very nice and faculty are very supportive and highly qualified
College have clubs like Robotics Club, music club , Coding club this Clubs are very good and well equipped and help students a lot for getting hands-on experience of this field
College campus is good and green also very cleen

Dislikes

Location of college is little bit away from the main city Bhubaneswar
Railway station is 10 km away from college and auto charges are very high
Hostel wardens are very strict and college Main gate is closed at 6pm

Placement Experience:

The placements are nice if you work hard and enhance your skills like you are communication skills your core branch skills you can get a good job and internship also.approx 80-90% of students get placed in good companys like TCS Infosys Bonv etc.
