The greenery at the college like it's super green and clean it gives an amazing vibe
Yes there are many scholarships like mmvy for mp students and many more for other states campus employment is also good several companies visited any offers good packages for each branches
Professor of manit is very good and helpful as well as students.

Dislikes

The hostel facility are not good satisfying.there are 3 members in the room.the food is not so good satisfying the food sometimes get spoil,sometimes water, electricity problems also seen in the hostel.
I disliked the ragging held here so its negative vibe of the college.
To get admission in gym here you have to qualify their exam which is wrong.

THE HONEST REVIEW

Likes

The involvement of teachers with their students.They taught every concept very well. They coperate with each student.
The Big campus area, as well as large playground and sport complex for indoor games.
The view from the top of the hills. It's really awesome, looks like heaven from the hill area.. dams are easily accessible..

Dislikes

Unhealthy interaction between senior and junior.Seniors always try to dominate over juniors.
Lots of vacant place, but of no use, even there is no swimming pool, although they show in their map.
As it's most part is surrounded by forest area, so sometimes the wild animals enter in our campus and may harm, but till now nothing happened like this.

Placements rate of our college is very good, but in recent 2 years it dropped by 2-3% due to recession, even though students got highest packages of 82 LPA in different job offering companies. The overall percentage considering all branches is around 80-85%.

The advancement of mechanical engineering over the years really intrigued me to pursue this course. In my college, we proudly say that we are from the ROYAL mechanical branch which is a subtle flex, to be honest. The course curriculum is good.

The greenery present here in the campus.
The placement opportunities which the college provides.
The heavy alumni network which the college provides to its students.

Dislikes

The restrictions which the administration limits the first year students.
The infrastructure of the college is not that good.
The initial junior-senior interaction for the first years.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are provided placement and internship opportunities by th TPO of the college. Before the recession period, almost 80-85% students got placed with the highest being 82 LPA and average being 19 LPA.

First and foremost is the campus size of more than 650 acres, lush green campus which provides a vibrant atmosphere
Rolata inclusion centre, a building specific for encouraging startup , provide a mentor (in the form profesor) to guide and help you

Dislikes

Because of large campus size need to travel a lot .

Placement Experience:

The highest and average package offered during MANIT Bhopal placement 2023 stood at INR 82 LPA ( by Atlassian ) and INR 15.6 LPA , respectively. Futher, the median package offered stood at INR 11 LPA. Around 50-70 PPOs were offered during placement also. Students having interest in joining government services also full- filled there dreams . i.e. crack exam like UPSC , GATE , BARC etc

An overview of MANIT

Likes

I really appreciate the campus, and student life in MANIT. Its a huge campus of 600 ac.
Very professional teachers , good placement opportunity.
Really good and advanced infrastructure. There are huge and advanced labs in campus .

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students are eligible for the campus placements . Offering compaines includes google , Microsoft, Amazon, flipcart etc . Highest package of this year was 1.2cr in Amazon and av package was around 12LPA.

Campus Life, since we have campus of around 650 acres you have a lot of space to do every crazy thing u ever wanted to do.
Acadmic pressure is also not too much like u can maintain a decent cgpa if you are investing few hrs daily
A very healthy peer pressure and bond mong students

Dislikes

Sport facilities and infrastructure needs to be improved

Placement Experience:

We have good placement , around 90% were placed this year of my department with avg lpa of 10-12 lakhs , but if u are a core branch student and wish to continue coding , then u should go for cse or ece as most of the college won't allow core branches for IT interns

Can bring changes in the college and can improve the work being done in it

Classes in college seem proper, teachers' way of teaching and their way of explaining any difficult problems is very good.
There are many activities in college like mafick program, E-cell program, sports. All these happen at a very good level.
The cleanliness and water facilities in the college are good and the classes are also clean. All the classes are equipped with projectIt is a very good thing that there is no ragging in MANIT, whereas before covid there was a lot of ragging in MANIT.

Dislikes

The parking facility in the college is not good. Students are allowed to bring bikes in the college due to which some students do stunts and useless things. Students should not be allowed to bike in the college.
The boards of all the classes are not clean and in some classes the benches are broken and in some the projectors do not work
There is less greenery in the departments and even outside there is no proper shade or any facility to escape from the sun to go from the departments to the hostels or any other departments.

Here, everything is given from teaching a course to explaining about it and the applied activities done from it and the syllabus is explained in detail and complete teaching activities about it are also given.

Experience in MANIT

Placement Experience:

The placement cell performs an outstanding job. The placement percentage for core branches like civil, mechanical, MME etc is around 97% however it can be raised for branches like CS, ECE department .

My experience of life at MANIT

Likes

Campus-Our college has the best Campus which spans over 800 acres.it has many places which full of fun
Social Life: we get lots of exposure about the world and get to know many new people coming from different parts of India.
College fests -Feast like Technosearch, Maffick and many more were we get to enjoy and have lots of fun

Dislikes

Department locations : Being a 800 acre campus we have to travel from hostels to departments by walk and they are located 6-7 kms from out hostels.
Old syllabus :As per the job market we should study the relevant things needed ,but our branches has irrelevant subjects that are not needed

Placement Experience:

Students from all UG courses having a gpa >6 till their 6th semester are eligible for placements. Companies that visit our campus are Microsoft,Google,JPMC,paypal,Bajaj,Goldman sachs,Deusthe bank, etc. Around 110 students got placed from our department.Highest package offered was 43Lpa and lowest 4 lpa. 64% students got placed.

College life at NIT Bhopal

Likes

The infrastructure of the departments, library, sports complex everything is great
Faculties are well qualified. Most of them are phd holders and have teaching experience of many years.
There are so many events and fest gets organised in our college like Maffick, technosearch,E-Summit tooryanad and so on.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure of some hostels and mess food.
The washroom of the departments are mostly very dirty.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. Companies like adobe , adani , Microsoft, Amazon, Accenture, Infosys and many more visits our campus . This year 83 lakh per annum was the highest package offered. Above 95% of students are getting placed. My plans after the degree is to get high paid high salary job or to do further study in somewhere IVY league colleges.
