Many companies like microsoft and facebook uber ola simens hero honda visits the campus almost 90 per cent of students get placed my plan is also getting good olacemen6
Students are also provided scholarships and financial assistance to get good cgpa in their respective semester job is also provided on maintaining good cgpa and having good skills
I liked the people here. the teaching method of the teachers here is very good. the campus of the college is very good.

Dislikes

Ffe is scholarship is non governmental scholarship which is missed to apply.
However for our batch the placement season was worst over the last 10 years with less than 50% overall placement.
Some professors are not that helpful and kind they just give us warning on everything

Nit kurukshetra overall

Likes

Good and big campus with greenery all around places for sports and other ciricullam activities.
All of the classes are fully air conditioner. And have smart bord with blackbord to explain things clearly.

Dislikes

Campus gym is too short and is always full

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Many good and worldwide companies visite Nit Kurukshetra like microsoft amazon make my trip Samsung etc. The highest package in my batch was 28 lakhs per annum and the average package was nine lakhs. Up to 85 percent of students are placed on campus.

Nit kurukshetra insights

Likes

There are various labs here with all the required equipments.
The professors are good and willing to teach and solve your doubts.
The placements are very good for all the branches.

Dislikes

There are not so many places around to visit. The location is very bad.
The city is not yet developed and has a sort of conservativeness.
There are barricade timings for girls till 8.30 only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is nice, not too easy not too tough. One can easily get good cgpa in exams by studying just one week before. I chose this course because I was deeply interested in the tech world, especially AI and ML. The faculty here nit is very good. Most of the professors teach very well. There are 2 mid-semester exams and 1 end-semester exam during a semester and it is not too difficult to pass.

I like the campus facilities and hostel facilities.
I am very happy to see the gym and sports ground .
I am interested in photography so I like the photography club

Dislikes

I don't like the class schedule some classes are at morning and other at evening

Generally, the placement starts in the final year. The company visits are Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft etc. Highest package:1.25crore Average package:11lakh Almost 90% of students are placed in college for placement My plan after my degree is to get a Sarkari job and after I want to create something good for my parents.

I like the teaching staff and the faculty of my college as they are very understanding with a good teaching method
I like the lush green campus of my college of 300 acres and a good atmosphere of study
I like the seniors behaviour towards us as thery are very helpful and friendly and helps us at every single point in out college life

Dislikes

The location of the college is very far from the city and travelling cost is very high
There are very less number of shops near by and there are very less canteens for food and exposure

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose mechanical engineering because of my interest in cars and automobiles. The faculty of my college is quite helpful and good with a good knowledge of the subject and a very good nature. The student ratio is 1:4 . All the professors are highly educated and qualified with all the master's and PhD degrees and their teaching methods are very good and understandable. The exams are held 3 times per semester with 2mid sem exams and 1 end sem exam. The end-sem exam is of 3 hours while the mid-sem exam is of the 50min. The difficulty of mid sem exams are harder than the end-sem exams

The reality of nit kurukshetra

Likes

Good teaching staff and a healthy interaction with the teaching staff.
A lush and green campus free from the pollution, one can breathe a good quality of air till his time of degree.
Very good and interactive seniors , the seniors of our college are very helpful like they treat us as their own siblings and help us in every possible way

Dislikes

Very hectic schedule, all day classes very few breaks and very few amount of holidays
The location of the college as our college is in the outskirts so there is very few services available near the college hence we have to travel a lot and the cost of travel is very high here
The quality of hostels are not up to the mark as the buildings are very old and the mess food is also not up to the mark

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose mechanical engineering because of my interest in automobiles my father is also a mechanical engineer and it gives me a good insight into this field. The faculty of my college is very good every department has experienced and expert professors and the student ratio isb1:4 like the girls are lesser in number than the boys. All the faculty are highly qualified the professors and assistant professors have all the master's and Ph.D. degrees with them and their teaching methods are quite impressive and they are very interactive. The exams are held 3 times in a sem having 2 mid send and one end-sem exam the mid sems are quite tough as compared to the end sem the end sem exam is of 3 hours while the mid sems are 50 min each subject and the end sems very much time is given for preparation while during mid sems that much time is not given and the papers are used to be done in 3 consecutive days. In mid sems the syllabus is short and the difficulty level is quite high and hard.

Some times net connecting not all time sometime .

Placement Experience:

In this college placement are great all students who apply for placements they good. In semester 7th companies started to come on campus and start hiring students. Many companies arrive in this college like google, Microsoft, etc. Highest package in 1.25 crores. And average is 11.5 lakhs per annum approx 90 % of students get placed. my plan is also to get a good placement.

There is Not so much academic pressure on the student and there is lot of holidays provided by the collge and the is an chill environment in the college
College campus is very good there is so much greenry in the college campus.
College infrastructue is very good there is very good Lecture halls and MBA blocks in the college.

A great experience at my college

Likes

Faculty available at the college and the way they teach us
The availability of required books in the library
The atmosphere in the college which helps the students to releive stress

Dislikes

Food because I am from the south so difficult to adjust
There are not as many fests as in other nit colleges
Differ in curfew time for girls and the boys

The placements in our college are huge. The average college placement pakage per year is 21,90,000. Various companies come to the college to provide the placements like Microsoft, swiggy, Zomato and so on. The percentage of placement of a student is based on their group. If a student does not get any placement then he can start a startup with his friends with their knowledge.

I like NIT lake and greenery. College is beautiful.

Dislikes

I dislike the timing of college. We have to enter the college at 8.30 pm and in hostel is 10.30pm

Placement Experience:

From this year students of the 7th semester are eligible for placement. So many companies visit our campus and hire many students at very good packages. Some examples of companies are Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc. In college, more than 89% of students are placed in our college.

Very large campus and so much greenery. A small lake
Many cultural clubs and technical societies.
Good placements to offer for Cs students.

Dislikes

Acadmic pressure is bit high as compared to IT
Mess food of certain hostels are really a mess;
your data works faster than hostels wifi

Placement Experience:

Placements are pretty good. CS and IT students almost get 100 percent placement offers; Big tech companies visit every year; placement for the core branch are also okay; companies like Maruti Suzuki, and Mahindra visit for them.
