Likes

There are various labs here with all the required equipments.
The professors are good and willing to teach and solve your doubts.
The placements are very good for all the branches.

Dislikes

There are not so many places around to visit. The location is very bad.
The city is not yet developed and has a sort of conservativeness.
There are barricade timings for girls till 8.30 only.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is nice, not too easy not too tough. One can easily get good cgpa in exams by studying just one week before. I chose this course because I was deeply interested in the tech world, especially AI and ML. The faculty here nit is very good. Most of the professors teach very well. There are 2 mid-semester exams and 1 end-semester exam during a semester and it is not too difficult to pass.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is pretty well and justified. You get to explore various resources. There are many opportunities of scholarships as well. NSA is one among many of them. But there are not many on-campus jobs for stipend.

Campus Life

The annual or cultural fest is confluence and the technical fest is techspardha. Confluence is conducted around November and techspardha is around January. There are many clubs, societies, and sports activities as well.

Admission

You need to clear jee main entrance examination for admission in different nits. The college or branch is allowed in csab counseling according to your rank in jee mains. You can find all the information including the application form regarding Jee Mains on the Jee Mains website which is jeemain.ac.in. Further, the admission process is smooth. You just need to be careful while making your choices in counseling. Stay updated. Regularly check the official websites of jee, csab, and your respective colleges or the colleges you are aiming at.

A walk through Nit kurukshetra

I choose this college cause, I am interested in this branch and I don't have any prior interest in any particular colleges, in this college I am getting the particular branch I am interested in,while there are few colleges which are providing me same branch but they have some limitations like there infrastructure is bad or crowd is not that wonderful like here people are generous and motivated you can't find the same everywhere. Good college for electrical

The admission is only based on JEE Mains Rank. This is a decent college and thus requires decent ranks for good courses. JEE is conducted nationwide by the NTA every year. The process was smooth. You have to first select colleges. You get an allotment and then you verify the docs....Read More
