Currently what a job require and what we are being taught in the college, totally different. We have to study separately for preparing job because in our course curriculum, importance skills aren't taught and the frequency of exam throughout the year is too much. We don't get enough time for preparing jobs. We need less frequency of exams throughout the year so that we can prepare for a job.

Placement Success Rate: While most students do get placed, about 10-15% may remain unplaced during final placements. CTC Offered: Average CTC: Approximately ₹6-8 LPA. Highest CTC: Can reach up to ₹20 LPA, especially from leading consulting and tech firms. Lowest CTC: Some students may accept offers around ₹3-4 LPA, particularly in smaller companies or startups. 4. Preferred Companies: Most preferred companies include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and various consulting firms like Deloitte and Accenture. The average CTC from these companies typically ranges from ₹6-10 LPA. 5. Bulk Hiring Companies: Companies like Cognizant, TCS, and Wipro are known for bulk hiring. Overall, transparency is moderate but could benefit from clearer communication.

The curriculum in my college is irrelevant, college is not providing any real time approach to deal with real time problems there should be more practical knowledge instead of just reading books and exam conducted every month time to learn skill and do extra work exam are difficult just like iit level exams

The curriculum is designed according to the recent advances in biotechnology,the teachers usually taught with their own presentation where they took data from research paper which is very recent. And after every two three years curriculum is changed according to new research and scope. The difficulty of exam is moderate.

The faculty is very good for biotechnology If you are considering doing biotechnology, this might be one of the best colleges. The faculty: student ratio is almost 1:40- 1:55. The exama were held timely and managed well.

I chose this course because i wanted to continue pursuing biology without going into medicine. there are 40 seats for students and they are selected on the basis of their ranks obtained in entrance exam. Faculty for biotechnology is highly qualified and experienced in the field. Teaching reviews are taken after every semester. There are in total two exams per semester minor and then major exams.

I chose this course because I wanted to pursue research in the field of Biotechnology. The professors of USBT, and GGSIPU specialised in their field of subject. They have great teaching experience and have received their Doctorates from renowned universities. Minor exams of 25 marks take place after 8 weeks of starting a semester. Lab classes take place regularly. Term exams are 60 marks. Practical is 20 or 40 marks. It's not hard to pass exams if your take classes regularly.

Biotechnology challenged and surprised me and I could see my future in this sector abroad. Since only 40-45 students are taken per batch the faculty can easily manage all of them Apart from this, the faculty is quite helpful and supportive The teachers have qualified from some pristine universities and their teaching methods are quite an innovative including blackboard teacher, projector with led teaching etc The exams went smoothly and the difficulty level wasn't too much if we listened carefully and prepared notes during the teaching sessions

I Chosen This Course Because I Want To Go Into The Research Field. So Biotechnology Is My First Preference Regarding This. The Teachers And Professors Here In Ggsipu Are Well Educated And Have Very Good Knowledge In This Field. In Each Semester There Are Two Exams One Major And One Minor. Minors Are Of 20 Marks And 5 Marks Are Through Internal Assessment And Majors Are Of 75 Marks
