Like my thermal teacher is amazing and wonderful sir they have amazing knowledge and wonderful mind set about everything.
Scholarships are very good, and dtu scholarships and govt scholarships like mcm are easily getable.
Placement is pretty amazing. also it is one the best core jobs providing universities in india.

Dislikes

The scholarships and financial assistant are there but they are not that easy to avail.
Due to recession less companies are coming in college which is affecting all over placements.
Hostel not provided to delhi region students...dtu has enough space for hostels but not made.. day scholars suffers alot...a very big disadvantage

DTU a good college

Likes

I liked the student and campus life
You enjoy a lot in this college. Campus life is amazing
Placement opportunities are good and you learn a lot.

Dislikes

I disliked the behaviour of some teachers.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in 6th semester because the companies come to recruit students. But they get placed after 8th semester, 7th and 8th semester are meant for pre placement offers. Accenture, Infosys, google, Microsoft visited our campus and took a good number of students. Highest package was around 1 cr

campus life is good, societies are active too
faculty is also good, some teachers are too good.
placements are far much better than many nits and gftis

Dislikes

the college is overhyped for its social life
very bad gender ratio, less of good girls
very less places to eat, needs some more cafes

Placement Experience:

students become elgible for campus placements from 4th year onwards. many companies visit here some of these are google, microsoft, atlassian, facebook and many more thereafter. highest package in 2022 is 1.25 cr.

DTU - A College for Higher Placements

Likes

In this college, the thing which I like the most is placements.
Faculty of this college is very well experienced.
The Alumni network is very good because this college started in the year 1941.

Dislikes

Infrastructure of the hostels are very bad.
Quality of the food in the mess is not good either.
Attendance to sit in semester exams must be above 75%.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester, students are eligible for the campus placements. Before that, after completion of 5th semester, college itself releases a portal for interships. Through which students get internships, which are good. DTU is very good at placements and thats why most of the students come here. Highest package in the year 2022 was 1.8Cr and average package is above 16 lakhs.

Likes

Sports complex is one of the best thing there. U will have a good time there
There are many fests and functions that regularly happen in DTU allowing us to enjoy
The Tech branch building is newly built and it's just amazing

Dislikes

The faculty should be better with more experience and should be more helpful
Sports instruments such as ball,bat etc is only available for three days a week
Some departments are not well built and hostels for boys are poor

Placement Experience:

I guess from 6th semester, we get eligible for campus placement. Many big companies visit our college and provide placement such as Flipkart, Samsung , Google etc.The highest package of last year was around 82 lpa and average package is 15 lpa.In tech branch, the placement percentage is about 98% and around 96% for rest.I have planned to do MBA after getting the degree

i like campus life of college. campus is big and green
i like annual cultural fest of my collage because big singers are come

Dislikes

Teachers are not so good they very average and some teacher are also very sctrict
labs are not good even instruments are very old and some are not in working condition
internship opportunity is very less in all branches

placements are very good. 7th semester onwards student eligible for placement. various companies come like google, microsoft, amazon, uber, zomato, swiggy etc. In previous placement year total offer made by companies are 2400. the previous year highest package is 80lakhs average package is 13lakhs. profilr offered by comapnies are SDE, embeeded engineer, etc. my plan is to work in a good MNCs after degree. if by chances student did not get on campus placement then they also can apply off campus also.

DTU - the college for youngster

Likes

campus life - the campus life is very good as there are good sports ground with ( kabbadi group , vollyball ground , basketball ground, cricket ground , indoor ground ) the new department facilites are good with good washroom facilites
fest culture - the fest culture is very excellent as dtu ogranise the best fest experience, many student come from different college like DU , NSUT, IIT and we all had fun
placement cell - the placement cell is very cooperative and try to make there student placed at good companies

Dislikes

the area outside college , the village type area is quite dangerous in night as there is not much crowd near DTU
mess food - the mess food is not as good as they claimed
the location of college- the location of college is far from main delhi ( south delhi) the nearest metro station is samaypur badli ( the last station of yellow line )

Placement Experience:

1. from 4th year ( 7th sem ) students become eligible for campus placements 2. MANG ( microsoft, amazon, netflix , google ) etc compies visited and offer avg package of 15LPA 3. the recent highest package is 1.3 CR and the avg package is 15PLA 4. more than 80% of students get placed 5. to grab a good placement

I loved the campus life here,it's amazing ,fests are very amazing
College gives a decent placement opportunities to all the students with decent packages
Faculty is very good ,helping ,they knows how to help students and teach them in a very easy manner which is understandable by all the students.

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible for placement after 3rd year. Companies like Adobe,Google,Microsoft,seimens,Paytm,uber,rapido,phonepe,Amazon visits campus every year. Highest package was 83 lac INR And average package is 16 lac INR. around 80% students gets placed, I will opt for placement in fourth year.

A real and observation of DTU

Likes

The thing i like the most is the chill environment, so that i can work on my other goals such as freelancing, preparing for an exam, some other projects, etc + too much helpful seniors, they will never deny in helping you
Wide choics of socities in every field, for extra curricular activities such as gaming, drama, dance, coding, AI, Machine learning conducted thriugh seniors which help in overall enhancement of other things too.
Too much big collection of books, for even a single subject, there are approx 70-80 books with updated versions. So, everyone woild be able to access the library too much efficently + journals, stationary and newspapers too (daily)

Dislikes

The thing i most hate is some faculty members, if you show a little more intelligence than them, they will start backfire you + even in internal marks (which they have approx 15 to 25 marks in each subject) will also hamper.
The girls and boys ratio is very very very very much bad, either you will get complete no girl in a class or a single girl in a rest 60 boys class + other branches girls have too much atitude in them for no reason.
Exam pattern, whomsoever creates a timetable for exam is just a very big a**hole either they will not give you holidays in b/w exam (exams in continuation) or they will give you a 1 or 2 day holiday in end terms of 50 marks

College placement is good, even at 7 CGPA with good skills you have the opportunity to get good placement. Likewise in 2022, a boy from ECE branch with 7.1 CGPA, got the highest placement in the entire college.

Unveiling the Canvas of College Life of DTU

Likes

College Life in DTU is very great. The seniors are very supportive, if they are free they will help a lot. There is no ragging. Placements are also quite great. Semesters are not that difficult to handle.

Dislikes

The college support in giving details about scholorships and other info is poor. The people at counter simply ignores and tell us to come back some other day for information.

Placement Experience:

4th year generally have full time placements while 3rd year get preference for internship opportunities.There have been a lot many companies come but in recent times there have been a shortage because of recession thatshwhy even in tech the internships were less like 50.Companies like Cisco, Winzo, Google, microsoft, tower research etc. Highest packeage was around 80 lacs and average around 24 lacs.I think around 1800 students were placed. I am not clear what to do after degree but atleast I will get a job first.

the placement stats are great which is very attractive
the sports facilities and groups are good
the side studentds are very talented which help to grow.

Dislikes

the canteen food is very tasteless and you never want to have it
the faculty is least bothered about marks and other things
high competition for getting good marks.
